Oct 5, 2010i have done this with my nokia but is it possible to do the same with my x10i so that i can make/receive calls and sms to my pc.

Sep 6, 2010my x10 is fully connect to the internet and i am even receiving my emails. My problem is that despite this i can not make or receive calls as they just say 'call ended' before it even connects! when i try to ring my number it goes straight to voicemail.

Sep 16, 2010When the Bluetooth is on and I am near my laptop, incoming calls are connected without the phone being touched. I have seen a few comments about this in other threads, so it is not just me and this is the 3rd replacement phone, so it is not just a one-off fault.
Advice and guidance please?

Aug 20, 2010If SE had ANY respect for their customers they should have done this by now - its a bloody mobile phone for heaven's sake - what use is it if you cant make phone calls? I suggest for everyone who agrees with me to start their own discussion and flood the board - I am so fed up with this as I have had the phone since March and its simply ridiculous!

So we downloaded both Fring app and tryed to make a call. once i tried the app told me i could'nt do videocall because of sofware limitation how come? I could do video calls with my old non-smart LG Shine. but cannot do it with the X10?

Aug 22, 2010Just got the mobile 3 days back.I am unable to make or receive calls on X10 from yesterday. Have tried the following things : 1) Switching Off 2) Updating the software. But both these methods have not helped. Able to use WAP/GPRS but calls are not getting connected. Have tried to change the call waiting settings, phone says Network or Sim Card Error.Signal strength is also pretty decent (3-4 bars). I have tried my sim in other phones Nokia, Samsung, and it works perfectly fine.Have tried other sims on X10 and they too are showing the same error. Can't figure out what the problem is?

Nov 23, 2010After a couple of days the phone is unable to make or receive calls, or send or receive txt messages.If I try and make a call it attempts to start the call, but immediately comes back with unavailable. Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Outgoing txt messages don't work. What is strange is that if I try and browse the web (over 3G) then that works fine! I have tried doing a network scan again, and reregistering to Tmobile, but that doesn't make a difference.
If I turn the phone off and on again, then it is fine and all calls/txts are working again. I have seen this 4 times now with my phone. It doesn't always happen, but it has happened a few times now which is worrying. The annoying thing is that you obviously don't know when incoming calls stop. You only find out the problem has occured when you attempt to make a call or send a TXT.

This is becoming really irritating when you want to make few calls and every time you have to unlock and then call, then unlock again. How can we disable this so that I've to lock it manually?

Then I notice it says no phone connected. So I click how to connect I then get to stage two and it says connect usb cable to your computer and then to your phone so I do that and nothing happens. I wait 30 seconds and nothing happens I disconnect my phone and connect it again and still nothing happens all its doing is charging my phone. I've done it over and over again and nothing happens.

Aug 23, 2010I recently bought this phone from Rogers (I still have a week to test this thing out to make sure it's not broken) I'm noticing that answering incoming calls can sometimes take up to 20 seconds before the other side can hear me! I can make calls and people can hear me as soon as the call begins but I'm answering the phone after it has shut itself down (I mean the screen goes dark and then I need to slide the slider on the screen to answer the call) SOMETIMES there will be a few seconds delay, sometimes nothing but I've had up to 20 seconds delay on multiple occasions I'm running 1.6, and from the sounds of it, we won't get 2.1 until next month but is ANYONE else getting these issues? Should I return this phone for another? This is inexcusable and I am having too many callers hang up the phone on me because they think they have a bad connection but in reality there is a delay before they can hear me.
