I couldn't find any incoming mail in the inbox after opening them. Does it mean that the inbox doesn't store the incoming mail or they are "hiding" in other folders? Please help me how to have the incoming mails back into the inbox folder.

I have two google mail icons in my menus, one takes me to google mail the other one doesn't. I want to delete the one that doesn't work and cant find anywhere that tells you how. Anyone got any ideas?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am very disappointed with all my inbox messages deleted & moved to trash! ,, & am shocked to have not found a reasonable justification to this, whether on Google Support Forum or here on Android's.Ever since I used the E-mail application on my Android [v 1.6] Sony Ericsson - Xperia - X10 phone, all my Email messages moved to trash & God only knows if something is forever gone.It even changed the filters & their settings.The problem is common among other users but the causes are different.Why would IMAP do this? why isn't anyone justifying this?I demand an 'undo' for all this & a justification. In God's name, I am not going to fix this manually, am I? If so, this is an incredible huge waste.
View 3 Replies View Relatedi am new to this phone and all its features, i am very pleased with all aspects except for the way text messages are received, i dont appear to have any traceability on weather they are received or sent messages and also i dont appear to have a date ie it reads "yesterday" or "12.35" , i was advised that if i downloaded sms backup this would be resolved please advise.is this app free and how do i get it to work once i have downloaded it?
I have not set everything other than incoming calls is good.

But the built-in mic doesn't seem to work when I have the headphones still plugged in? So the caller can't hear me talk... Is this a setting I have overlooked? Does anyone know how to keep the built-in mic working when I have just headphones (Sennheiser IE7 without mic obviously) plugged in?

When I plop my sim back into my old shitty LG VU, I can once again see the number and the name registered to it. Is this an x10 thing?

This means that I don't know who my missed calls are from if they don't get to voicemail. This isn't because of privacy settings on the other phones, I know, because some of the people have public numbers. Does anyone know what's causing this? View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently bought this phone from Rogers (I still have a week to test this thing out to make sure it's not broken) I'm noticing that answering incoming calls can sometimes take up to 20 seconds before the other side can hear me! I can make calls and people can hear me as soon as the call begins but I'm answering the phone after it has shut itself down (I mean the screen goes dark and then I need to slide the slider on the screen to answer the call) SOMETIMES there will be a few seconds delay, sometimes nothing but I've had up to 20 seconds delay on multiple occasions I'm running 1.6, and from the sounds of it, we won't get 2.1 until next month but is ANYONE else getting these issues? Should I return this phone for another? This is inexcusable and I am having too many callers hang up the phone on me because they think they have a bad connection but in reality there is a delay before they can hear me.

View 4 Replies View RelatedOK so someone on my other forum was having problems with where to store videos on the SD card so that Mediascape can 'see' them. Easy I thought, but I spoke too soon. So now I bow to someone else's superior knowledge, where the heck do you store them? Tried Video, Media, getting desperate DCIM file and just plain old root of the SD card.I know 3rd party apps can find them... got MixZing and it found it no problem from the video file.
