Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Couldnt Find Android Market Icon On Phone?
Apr 6, 2010I bought a Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 a day back but i couldnt find Android market icon on my phone? Is there a way i can reinstall or flash my mobile phone so that it goes back to factory settings where i can have Android market icon? I tried upgrading to latest version and it says its up to date.

Oct 26, 2010I bought my Xperia mini here in Saudi, but unfortunately I cannot see the Market Icon on the main screen. I tried googling and they said that I might need to change the region of my phone. How do I do that? Also, I can send pictures via bluetooth but I cannot receive any files nor pictures from them. They can detect the name of my phone but they are unable to establish connection to my phone.

Nov 25, 2010I have another doubt on how to install the apps. As my handset is missing the Android Market icon in my mobile. So I downloaded to my pc and then copied to my mobile. This "7c02815a-e245-102d-a194-6ec07c99d928.apk" file for bluetooth file transfer and using data cable. I copied that file in my video folder (for self knowing folder I pasted) now I don't see that file in my mobile video folder. So how will I install? There are no icons like "Android Market", "Installer Application", or "Application Installer" etc. I am using Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro and 1.6 firmware.

Sep 9, 2010When I call someone and I'm in a private environment, I like to hit the top left loudspeaker icon at once so that I can do other stuff with both my hands until the other end answers. But with the Sony Ericsson Xperia, the loudspeaker icon doesn't appear until the conversation has started. Which means first that I have to hold the phone next to my ear until the other end answers, and second that the screen has gone black, and if I still want to use the loudspeaker I have to tilt it or press a button or something (which always feels like it takes forever) to wake it up so that I can access the loudspeaker icon.Can you make the loudspeaker icon appear at once the phone number has been called, instead of .wait for connection.wait while ringing.go black.still wait for some more ringing.screen is black, tilt, tilt, furiously click wildly at screen,Btw, can you also make the phone wake up faster while during a conversation.I have a small problem with it going black when I am calling centers with automated answering where I need access to the numbers to enter selections in the automated menu.

Nov 13, 2010Checking out media players, I downloaded Zimly and Mixzing (thanks suze!) to compare. Both installed instantly but only Zimly appeared as an icon on the home screen. When I go to Settings>Applications>Manage applications they are both listed as installed, however I need to have Mixzing drop its icon for me to be able to use it from reviews etc I actually think that's the one I'll be keeping anyway, a clear case of sod's Law that of the two that one would be the one with a problem! I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, same result.

Gone into Basic settings > Setup Guide to check details but Google Account settings not even listed! (Just SIM Contacts; Time & Date; Email; Facebook; Twitter; Sync) Have checked Applications and it shows Google Search (enhanced) as the default setting but it is not showing up on my screen either as the search bar or in the applications.
