Jul 21, 2010I have a Samsung Moment, that is running the stock Android 2.1 system released by Sprint. I signed up for a Gmail account when I got the phone. I also run my own domain, and have just migrated my domain's email and calendar to Google Apps. I would like to set my phone up to sync everything from my Google Apps account rather than the random Gmail account I signed up for when I got the phone. Is there any way to achieve this without doing a Factory Data Reset? I am willing to do the Factory Data Reset if I have to, but if I need to go through that process, are there any procedures I should follow to backup important data before hand? Also, will the reset take me back to 1.5?

Oct 10, 2010I've just try to set the an email account on my X10 mini using the "Email" app.App ask for "Yahoo", "hotmail", and 2 others providers.I choose "hotmail" and enter account and password ok it's working.(my 50 messages are tagged "not read" and there is no way to tag all of them "read", but it's not the main problem now)But it was just a test, what I want is to setup my yahoo account.THE PROBLEM IS that now, when I open the "Email" app, it opens directly my hotmail account.

Nov 12, 2010Few days ago i had trouble with the keyboard of my X10, it was, for unknown reason, lock in Korean and i couldn't change it.So i decided to reset my phone to factory setup. This worked and the keyboard came back to french.But now i can't access to any Google app, as Market, Gmail, etc.It's asking me to log in to my google account (it never ask me that before, even when i bought the phone), but it's always telling me that my password is wrong and advice me to connect http:/google.com/accounts on my PC. I did it and i can access to my google account without any problem.Then i updated my phone to Android 2.1, but it didn't solve anything, i tried to repair it with Update service and PC Companion, but it didn't help more.I found on internet that i could put "null" as my password, but then it's asking me to reproduce a capcha, i did but it's asking me to reproduce another one, again and again.I noticed than my phone seems to have some trouble to connect with my SIM card, don't know if it's link.I don't really want to send my phone to repair for 3 weeks, but this is becoming really annoying, what can i do ?

May 27, 2010I had to deactivate the Google account (due to a privacy issue) that I was using on my laptop and it was the one I was using on the phone also. Now that I've deactivated it, I am no longer able to use the android apps, or change things within the phone because on not being able to log into that account. The login page comes up with the old account asking me for my password, but of course, like I said, it is no longer in use, and it doesn't let me change the user name as I've made another goggle account. I have tried to change things in the settings, but all I've done it seems is to have screwed it up more.

Sep 11, 2010right so the bottom buttons were working fine, but the next day, the back button takes me to the home screen :S so if im on facebook, press the back button, instead of going to the previous page. and i also set up the draw thing to unlock it, but as it was raining a little it said i entered it wrong too many times and asked for the google mail thing... but i really have no rememberence of making one, which is so ******* annyoying.
the only way ive found out to solve this problem is doin a phone software update, however as my bottom right button is working properly, everytime i hold it down to plug the phones usb, the phone just starts normally, so basically i cannot do the system update.

I really need to set a different account as the 'primary', but the only option for doing this seems to be another factory reset which will be a real PITA since I just got everything reloaded and the phone is running pretty well. I saw some instructions on another part of this forum which said that you could delete the data from Google Apps, but that is not an option and the other options (e.g., clear cache) are dimmed.
