Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: App Not Found On Market

Every once in a while i find an app that I REALLY want, but cant seemt o download it off the market. I get the error message that the requested URL cannot be found.Tonight I am desperately trying to download the TaskPanel Ver X (TaskPanel X v6.6.2 Application for Android | Tools) but the barcode scanner doesnt find the address and when I type the name in the market search field, it also doesnt come up.Is there another market I dont know about?

I recently bought an Xperia X10 from the Middle East and noticed that the Android Market was missing. I checked quite a few threads online and noticed that the phones in Middle East are not pre loaded with the Android Market. Is there any way for me to get the Android market on my phone?

I have a Xperia X10i which my father bought from overseas the phone is just fine evryway but recently i got to know that there should be an Application Matrket tab which is missing in my X10.Now as I bought it from overseas I can't just go and ask the dealer for help..I can't install any applictions in my phone.

I am in ghana any time I try to go to the android market i cant even if i am connected to the internet via wifi. I am asked to create a google mail or sign up and it doesnt work. The same thing happens with my calendar.

Go to menu/ settings/applications/manage applications/market and then you uninstall market update. This fixed the prob lem on my phone .

For 2 days I am not able to download anything from Android Market. Did any of you have this problem?
Internet connection is OK. I was able to download from the Market, but suddenly I can't do it anymore.

last 3 days programs don't want download to phone. In notices from top panel i see message "download 'program name' completed successfully", But icon is /! - completed successfully. If expand top panel, messag is "failed to download, please try again"

i got a xperia x10 from wirefly couple weeks ago.It is a brand new phone everything goes pretty well. but one problem is i cant install any programs that i downloaded from other sites.The security is set to block the installation of applications not from Android Market.i did the research online and tried to clink setting--->application--->there are only two choices on there 1.manage application 2.development. I could not find the third choice,which it suppose to be "UNKNOWN SOURCE".

All of a sudden apps stopped being able to be downloaded or updated from the market place. They just stay on the 'starting download...' status which is rather irritating. I've tried clearing cache and resetting the market and know i've a master reset as a last chance option but has anyone any ideas before I do this?

I got my new phone yesterday but cannot get applications from Market to download.
Here is what I do:
I select the app I want from Market and select 'Install'
Then I select 'ok'
Then a blue box reads 'Your item will be downloaded'
When I go into the Downloads section, the status bar isnt doing anything and it reads 'starting download' below it.
But nothing ever downloads or even partially downloads.

my android market still doesn't work. Been a week now. I know I've only got 595mb left on my 8gb SD card, but the things I've tried to download have been smaller. Do I need a minimum left on my card, or something? Whenever I try it just says "so and so has been unsuccessful in downloading please try again."

After installing 2.1 when ever I try and run Market I get the following error:
The application Market (Pprocess com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. All I can do is force close. If you go to manage applications it is not there so I can not clear cache etc.

Just few days back I downloaded and installed few apps from Market. But now, I can browse the apps in Market, but everytime downloading fails (for any and every app).I am using wi-fi for this. Internet works fine. I can download files (images) from my email without any problem.I did not make any changes as far as I know.

I cant download any Apps or Games from the Market anymore... after each try ....on the notification bar...it says : "Download was unsuccessful, please try again"
Whether i try again and again...it makes no sense....this problem happens once already...and i just reset to factory settings losing all the apps i already download...!
Anyone know how to Deal with this? without resetting!

Have just upgraded my X10 (Vodafone AUS) now many app's that I have before won't install from the market place.
I am just a little upset that Angry birds won't install now and I am questioning the whole upgrade and the other issues that will come up.

my phone was bought in the UAE. (Dubai)and he has not the market.the sony ericson said via email that:With regards to your inquiry Concerning the Android Market for your Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, Be kindly informed the Android Market That Is Not Available in the Xperia X10 phones purchased in the UAE According to Google requirement. We apologize for the inconvenience But Unfortunately it can not be installed on the phone.
But I do not live there. I live in Brazil.Is there a way to solve this?Just changing the rom?it is possible to change the rom?There rom available.

my problem isn't downloading apps from the market. My problem is that I cannot log into my gmail to use market. What happen is I would be prompted to enter my user/pass, which I do, then I would get security check (enter the words in the twisted picture) and then it'd keep giving me different words after I've enter them even though I am very confident I got them correctly. It'd just keep giving me new words to enter. Anyone know how I can fix it?
