I know I could download the ones I want using itunes and then drag and drop them into my sd card. However I really like the way Google Listen is setup, it took a bit of getting used to thou. Theres a few podcasts that wont show up on Listen but I can easily find on Itunes. Is there a link I can grab from the Itunes site and copy it into Listen?

I am looking for something that will allow me to download podcasts that are only available on itunes. I have feedR which is very good for most podcasts and will allow you to download them to the SD card for listening at a later date. It's also an excellent piece of kit for news feeds but that's a different issue. There are some podcasts I like to listen to that are only available on itunes and feedR cannot download these. Does anyone know of a way of downloading these onto the desire?

I keep seeing that I should use isyncr if I want to continue to use itunes but do I need an SD card before I starting syncing my podcasts/music to my captivate? Or can't I just use the on board memory to store the podcasts/music?
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I got doubleTwist hoping for a nice easy sync to get all of my music from iTunes onto my phone. The problem is that I haven't purchased songs on itunes in over a year and I guess now they have something called iTunesPlus, which costs $0.30/song to upgrade to (and remove DRM) and doubleTwist can't convert my iTunes purchases to a playable format due to DRM protection. Is there another music sync service for Android that you guys would recommend that can help me actually put the music that I already paid for once on my phone? I'm not interested in giving Jobs another $182 just to listen to music I already paid for.

I've tried a lot of things and every one of them just transfers over the songs from the playlist and not the actual playlist. I really like the Music Player Samsung has and I want to use that one, but nothing seems to transfer playlists to it. I've tried doubletwist (only transfers the music, not the playlists), iTunes agent, (same) dazzboard (doesn't work at all), and songbird (so buggy and slow, impossible to use... gave up) There has to be some way to get that player to work with iTunes or to import everything from iTunes and use it with the Samsung Music Player.

The library is quite simple on it's idea, but i can't grab the unexpected exception withouth the use of a "global" try catch clausole. I saw the instrumentation class but i think it can't be useful for me..
Obviously the library will be free and the webservice too.. ( unless for the applications that generates quite low traffic ) But i personally don't love the way of global try catch..

I've seen some examples on how to parse XML data but they are all based on if statements and that's a lot of hard coding is there a more genertic way to do this?

I was using simple free phone earlier which doesn't require data plan but after two weeks I bought samsung captivate, AT&T added $25 data plan. I got my phone from AT&T store where my friend works so he took my data plan out of the plan for now but he said they will find out and add into your plan again. Also, He said that they recognize by your IMEI number. My question is: Is there anyway I can change my IMEI number? I was thinking to use my simple free Nokia phone's IMEI number and use it for Samsung Captivate so AT&T thinks that I am using Nokia phone.
