I have gotten both the Flash Player and Flash Lite APK's, and I have been trying to install them on the Droid. Flash Player refuses to install on stock 2.1. Flash Lite installs, but after install I can not connect to the internet (Nothing connects, Skype, market, random app, browser.)
So I wanted to know if anyone wanted to do some testing with them, to see if you can get them running on the ROM you are running. Maybe we will be able to make fun of iDevices earlier, because Droid Does what iDont

View 5 Replies View RelatedSo I got my 2.2 update for Moto Droid 1 on Friday and I was eager to check out the new flash player. I read that you had to download the Flash player 10.1 app from the android market after the update but I can't seem to find said app anywhere in there. Adobe says that the app has already been released and only users with the 2.2 update can see it in the market, well...
what am I doing wrong? the only adobe app that shows up when I search is Flash Showcase, which needs 10.1 to work.

View 12 Replies View RelatedI just installed Froyo on my rooted droid, and every time I try to download Flash player from the market, it doesn't come up, and when I try to download it from the Adobe website, it redirects me to the market on my phone and says "invalid location" so I'm wondering if android is doing this on purpose or am I just ******ed? or is something just wrong with my update now lol. btw my phone does say version 2.2

View 5 Replies View RelatedOk, there is literally no way that I'm the only one who has asked this question but I can't find the answer by searching. Here's my problem, after I flash my rom and restart my phone the market begins auto-downloading all the apps I previously had installed. I do not want this bc I use titanium backup for all of that.
I know I can avoid it temporarily if I skip entering my email address, but there has to be a setting for me to un check that will make it not try to auto download anything once I do add my account.
I'm sure you guys have all run into this by now, so can someone please tell me what setting will resolve this issue?
When I go to adobe's website on my DROID and click on the "Get Flash Player" button, it redirects to the market, and then the market says "Loading..." After a few seconds, it says "Error: Item Not Found." How do I get Flash Player on my phone?
I've also tried searching the Android Market.
I have Milestone but when I sign in Facebook or other website. I cannot see flash media. Especially I cannot view video on Facebook. Because of Flash Player. Finally is there any way to solve this problem?

One feature that's bugging me on the Desire, the default application for Youtube videos seems to be the HTC Flash Player, but I don't want to use this. I would prefer it if it opened with the Youtube player so I can get high quality video when viewing Youtube clips on WIFI - the HTC Flash Player has no settings or option for video quality improvement.
On my G1, every time I opened a link for Youtube (from e.g. the browser or Seesmic), it opened up the Youtube application as the default viewer.
