View 6 Replies View RelatedI found an easy way to transfer app data from one android device to another. Recently switched to galaxy s4 from iPhone 5 and wanted to transfer my app data from my nook tablet that is rooted. I installed es file explorer and helium (carbon) backup on both. Then I backed up the apps i wanted using carbon on my nook. Opened es file explorer and went to carbon folder and selected apps I wanted to transfer, clicked send to and it transfered the files to my s4. Then I put the files into the carbon folder on my s4. Then restored them using carbon. Now I have my Minecraft data on my s4!
View 3 Replies View RelatedIs anyone using the Motorola Media Manager (or Media Link) to sync their itunes with the X? I downloaded the software but it keeps crashing. I've seen a few people refer to it but haven't seen much about it working or being used. I did find an app called iSyncr for PC that seems to have some good comments though.
View 11 Replies View RelatedBefore I updated to Android 2.2, I had an app that Motorola created. IT allowed you to unmount your SD card, and then gave you an IP address that you could punch into your browser that allowed you to transfer files to and from the SD card. I have searched and searched, but have not found it. Does anyone have it, or know where I can find it? It is not an official app store app.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've tried using the USB and selecting USB mass storage. My phone is showing up in My Computer as a "device with removable storage", but when I click on it, no files or folders are showing up. The only items listed are a setup file and the driver file. I have already run and installed the driver correctly as far as I know and nothing happens when the setup file is clicked. I'm using a 2007 Toshiba Satellite.
I'm trying to move a video that is taking up most of my storage on my SD card.
Almost finished with Angry Birds and dropped my phone and had to get a replacement. I hoped the scores stayed on the SD card but when I installed it in the new phone all seems to be lost. Anyway to transfer my scores or are they lost forever?

View 27 Replies View RelatedI currently have the droid and have had to do a factory reset several times for trying out different programs and unfortunately been stuck on a force closure loop. When I did the factory reset google had all of my purchased apps saved, I had to re-download them all of course. I'm pretty sure that it would transfer over to a new phone but that is only an assumption, I was hoping one of you guys with waaaaaaay more tech and computer smarts would be able to confirm this for me.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI've only had my droid for about three weeks now and would like to take everything off of my old SD card and utilize the 16gb card but I can't figure out how to do so. I have a MacBook, and when I had my Blackberry Curve and connected that to the Mac, it messed up pretty much anything media related and prevented me from accessing the sd card (if I remember correctly, it was a while ago and I certainly didn't try to do it again). From the looks of some of the forums, there have also been problems connecting the Droid to Mac's so I'm afraid to do that. Does anyone know if this is still the case? I'm at a loss at how to get the stuff onto my phone or the new sd card.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI've been trying to get a couple episodes of weeds on my DX (great show btw) and I've been having trouble with the playback. I used this guide exactly to convert them .How to convert videos and transfer them to the Motorola DROID X - Know Your Cell. The quality of the videos is great and so is the sound, its just in high "action" areas of the video its pretty choppy and laggy. One thing I should point out is that the videos original files are smaller than the droids highest resolution, but they still look great on the screen.
