Motorola Droid :: Program To Make Panormaic Photo
Dec 6, 2009Has anyone found a good program to make panoramic photos? I bought photostitch and am extremely disappointed with it. It kind of helps you line them up, but the photo's aren't even scaled together. Here are two examples of pictures I took today.

Feb 9, 2010I'm trying to make a dialog box to open when I start a program. Eclipse likes my code, I like my code =), but the emulator does not like my code. It says that something went totally worong and the application has to shut down. Bellow you can see my code. When I run it in debug mode everything seems to go as it should but when it gets to "return dialog; " eclipse debug windows says source not found.

Go on, my idea is; user will install executer program. And he/she can run special scripts with that. So rooting, bootloader unlocking will be pretty easy with that. What do you think ?
My scripting language's scripts will be like this:
[ADB] reboot; ( Calls adb reboot command )
[FASTBOOT] oem unlock;
And here is a rooting script in my mind:
[FASTBOOT] oem unlock;
[FLASH R] [FILENAME:twrp.img];
[MESSAGE] Put your device to sideload mode.;
[SIDELOAD] [FILENAME:root.zip]
[ADB] reboot;
So can use ADB and Fastboot commands without using CMD. .When user openes .myscript file with notepad, he/she will see that codes.

Jun 7, 2010I have an HTC Evo 4G and I was wondering if anybody can suggest an alternate program for the program that will enable me to make notes on individual days, i noticed that you can only setup appointments and what not in the stock calender. I'm trying to record information for each day, is there any good apps that will be able to do this? I've tried different types of apps like calwidget and s2 calender but those dont give me the option to add notes to specific days. I would also like to find a program that can do recurring appointments better then the stock calender, i don't believe im able to make a recurring twice a week appointment.

Sep 30, 2010On my Droid 1 and Fascinate, I am able to program in my Voice Dial password and long press 1 on the dialer keypad to call voicemail and have my password entered automatically.I can still enter my password in the X's Menu, Settings, Call Settings, Voicemail Settings, Voicemail Number. However, the dialer that comes up when I press the shortcut icon I have setup in my LP dock brings up the Blur dialer? Whatever it is, the voicemail password does not get entered automatically and I have to still manually enter my password.Does anyone know how to get the VM password to enter automatically, or to disable the Blur dialer and get the stock Android dialer back?

Jun 30, 2010So I loaded the new release of froyo petes v.04 and earlier when trying to use the built in wired tether option it defaults to a web-page about upgrading to a tethering plan. It says that they are offering it for $5 off until july 15th. Wireless tether still works fine but just wanted to know if anybody else got this message when using the built in program on the new froyo release. I was able to use this option in the earlier versions of froyo without the message. Update, so I completely missed this already reported on phandroid so I guess I was just getting the message others have already reported.

Dec 8, 2009I tried Home++ yesterday and didn't like it too much although I may just have to try it again. I didn't care for that "power strip" in Home++ either (can you turn it off?). I wished it would import all the icons from my regular home screen into Home++ so I don't have to re-create everything. Does anyone else out there have a better home screen replacement program? I saw people talking about GDE but I couldn't find the actual application in the Market Place. I also looked at the Panda Home but from the screen shots, it looked weird. I like the plain-jane version that came with my phone. I don't want fancy skins or colors or bells and whistles.

I haven't really customized it yet, so if I break it during rooting or BRICK it, I know there are UNBRICKING steps posted already, but I want to make sure I don't end up with a FUBAR phone during this process, or afterwards.
