Anyone get this to work on their Droid? For some reason the " is not coming up properly for me once Frodo is loaded so I can not load games. Is there a good tutorial somewhere?

I am a bit disappointed with quality of games for droid.
Uniwar is great but is boring after campaign because online play doesn't work well.
Can anyone recommend any good quality and addicting games for droid?
Anyone found a good lock screen replacement? Ive tried LockBot and Lock 2.0 neither seemed to work correctly on the X.

I'm trying to learn how to make video games on Android, and therefore I'm needing to get some decent tutorials going on how to make graphics on Anroid using the SurfaceView object. However every single graphics tutorial I've tried (mainly SurfaceView stuff) has failed. Please note that I don't want to use XML, as it is out of my element, and Google just wants to sell that technique on the advertisement of neatness, which I can do programmatically.
One major problem I've run into is that there are many tutorials, both from Google and from third parties, with code that uses the import android.opengl.GLSurfaceView command, or either imports a subset GLSurfaceView, and that never works on my IDE. Every time I try to import either one of those, Eclipse wants to say that it basically doesn't recognize that package. The strange thing is that I CAN import android.opengl.*, although that still causes some of the code in those packages to be referring to unrecognized types and/or methods.
After trying to fool around with the first problem for a while, I noticed that the Lunar Lander example didn't try to import either one of those two problem libraries. So I pulled the code and referenced resources for that into one of my infant projects, leaving everything else in that project unused. Of course I did change which package the Lunar Lander code was in and changed the class name in LunarLander.java or whatever, but that should not matter. I was able to get the thing to build in Eclipse. However when I went to run it, it would do nothing but crash. Without showing any Lunar Lander graphics or anything, the emulator would just give me this error message basically saying that my App has stopped working unexpectedly and makes me close the App.

When I first created the Android application, I saw this error in the Eclipse console:
[2010-11-13 18:20:43 - HelloAndroid] ERROR: Unable to open class file / Users/mydirectory/Documents/workspace/HelloAndroid/gen/com/example/ helloandroid/R.java: No such file or directory
I commented out this line to fill in the few lines from the tutorial:
setContentView(R.layout.main);
When I ran the app, it launched my emulator but all I saw was a vertical screen on the left that said "ANDROID" and phone buttons on the right. I did not see the "Hello, Android" text from the tutorial.

Ok, I'm surprised I am having to post this. Mainly due to I am not computer illiterate. However, I'm having difficulty transferring pics from my pc to my Droid X. It either will not show up on the phone when I copy them onto the phone or it crashes my pc. How do you get pics onto the droid? Any good apps for assisting with this? As well as any good apps for viewing and managing pics and albums on the phone?

My company's now mandating we use this to access our corporate email, and they mentioned we couldn't use it with rooted phones. Does anyone know what'll happen if I try to install Good on a rooted phone? Or, could I re-root after I install Good?Also, if I have to unroot, will Titanium Backup still maintain the frozen state of my Verizon bloatware? I am on my fourth DROID and so far every call I have made people have complained that I sound muffled. I know there are a slew of threads on this, especially on Motorola's forums, but no one has an answer. Some people say they do have good voice quality. I am wondering who does and if they can post recordings of their voice quality. The Droid is an excellent device, however it should always first be a phone. It absolutely sux in that department, and I am seriously considering exchanging for an old fashioned flip within my 30 days from verizon. My RAZR and RAZR2 were far superior.

Can someone put one together (for windows) or point me in the right direction? I currently use terminal for almost everything, but most people write their tuts for adb.
