Jul 20, 2010It has NOT been this way from the beginning. When I am listening to music or playing a game, the sound will stop after a notification sound. If the screen is off like when I am playing music, then pushing the power button will start the sound again when the screen comes on.

HTC EVO 4G :: Pandora Sound Quality Post-Froyo
Aug 5, 2010This only seems to have affected my EVO - after updating to 2.2, the sound quality through Pandora is very low, even with the "High quality" setting enabled. Before I updated, sound quality was at CD-like levels, even without the HQ option enabled!

I just recorded some footage of our family reunion for my cousin, and really want to get it off of my phone. So I decide to put it in my computer. Oct 8, 2010I've been having a problem with my media volume setting which is causing it to stay silenced. I usually have my phone set to vibrate but I'm unable to change the media volume in any way. Ringer and notification volumes don't give me any problems. I have found that if I turn my phone off and then on again the media volume will be turned on too but it will get stuck silenced again shortly after.

May 10, 2010so i tried to use the camera for stills and video this weekend. the video looks great, and works fine on my phone, but i have no sound on my computer thru windows media player. I'm sure its just a codec issue, but does anyone know which codec?
photos on the other hand were really bad grainy or blurry depending on which one fast motion was horrible (but i really wasn't expecting much there) way too long a delay between button push and photo capture the kids kept moving during the delay ruining the photos.
Has anyone gotten good results? what settings? i currently have everything to auto/default. sorry i cant load a pic to show u, they are all too big to post here
Nexus :: Notification Vibrate When Sound Is Off?
Jan 25, 2010When I get a notification, like an email or text, I want the phone to vibrate for like 15 seconds in like pulses of 3. It will vibrate a fair amount if the volume is on, but when I put the phone to vibrate only, the ONLY thing that vibrates is the ringer. I find this to be a general annoyance with Android I think. Anyone know a way I can customize the vibration settings for notifications (text, email, etc) when the phone is on silent (vibrate only)?
