Link App With Computer?
May 5, 2014I would like to link my app with a windows computer connected to it via USB. Imagine something like a keystroke logger which stores the keystrokes typed in the computer to the application.

Sprint HTC Hero :: Fresh 2.0d Cant Link To Computer
Apr 10, 2010Is anyone else having this problem, I cant connect to either of my computers (one vista, one XP) using my phone ever since I flashed Fresh 2.0d. I can connect to charge, but not as disk drive, so basically I can't flash Damages new ROM like I've been wanting to.

Apr 1, 2010I just launched my app VLC Remote and was surprised to see that there isn't a way to post a link to the app on the market that works both on my android device and also in my browser.
-so I made a way, and I'm opening it up for all-comers.
What it does is lets you post an http link like this
http://and-download.hobbyistsoftware.com/android/download?name=VLC Remote&q=pname:com.hobbyistsoftware.android.vlcremote
If someone clicks on the link from an android device, then the link opens in the market. If they click from their computer, then it offers to send them a link by email (so they can click on the link on their device).
the download emails have a (subtle) advert for my app, but the feature is clearly your app!

Android :: Webview Anchor Link - Jump Link - Not Working
Jun 14, 2010I have a WebView in my Android App that is loading an HTML string using the loadDataWithBaseURL() method. The problem is that local anchor links (<a href="#link">...) are not working correctly. When the link is clicked, it becomes highlighted, but does not scroll to the corresponding anchor.
This also does not work if I use the WebView's loadUrl() method to load a page that contains anchor links. However, if I load the same URL in the browser, the anchor links do work.
Is there any special handling required to get these to work for a WebView?
I am using API v4 (1.6).

On ym pre, I guess it linked some accounts that were overlapping together (facebook, gmail, regular phone contct, etc.). Is there a way to automatically accept ll the suggested links instead of going into each contact and manually linking them? It is rather annoying and I don't have many contacts (just shy of 200).

HTC EVO 4G : Possible Link With Sluggish Performance
Jun 17, 2010I've been experiencing slow scrolling and overall sluggish performance like others. I got rid of the big sense clock/weather widget because it was covering my new wallpaper. Now things are moving MUCH smoother. I even make less mistakes while using the on-screen keyboard. I also switched to a still background and things got faster. Anyone else have a similar experience?
The only large widgets I'm using is favorites and bookmarks.

Mar 5, 2012I use Link2SD and it automatically moves most apps to my SD card. For some reason my SD card won't let me transfer most things to it now. When trying to link apps to the SD I get the error messages shown below and if I connect to the phone with Wifi Explorer Pro some files won't upload and it says I/O error. I've used Root Explorer to change the data directory to r/w and it still doesn't seem to work.
