I have a friend that used to have an Ally and loved the Good morning alarm sound. Now she doesn't have the Ally anymore but says she really misses that sound. Does any know where I can get it? I am not positive if it's even called Good Morning. If someone can post it that would be great!

I was using AlarmDroid as my alarm clock. Every thing was fine, until I had always 2 alarms (somehow) every morning, but in AlarmDroid there was only 1 event. After that I had some weird things, like the alarm was starting too early or too late. So I uninstalled this, somehow unstable app, and installed Alarm Clock Xtreme - everything is fine with Clock Xtreme. Exception: one of the alarm that I was using in AlarmDroid is still there! But there is no more AlarmDroid on my phone. Wondering how this is working.
I install AlarmDroid again, just to be sure to delete the event, but there is no event. But there is always the alarm. With and without AlarmDroid. What can I try to solve this stuff? Maybe its not that important but Im using a Nexus S with stable cyanogenmod 10.
I have a HTC Magic with Rogers firmware, and am having problems with the alarm not going off in the morning. I have tried multiple approaches to try to fix it including unplugging the phone from wall, calling my voicemail and then hanging up (suggested on android support), as well as restoring to original settings. The alarm sounded on the first day I got the phone, but has never went off since. Has anyone had a similar issue?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI use my phone as my alarm clock. Every night I put it on the charger and leave the night desk clock on. It stays on and doesnt shut off. In the morning the alarm goes off but Tue screen is blank. Pushing any button on the device puts the alarm in snooze mode. The only way I can make the alarm stop is to have the screen on and waiting for the alarm to sound so I can press the dismiss button. I'm pretty sure this started after I installed Brightness Profiles from the marketplace. I have since uninstalled that program but the problem persists. I have "Never sleep while charging" checked in the options but it makes no difference. There was a new development this morning. I was using the web browser this morning while plugged into the charger and the screen just shut off. I turned it back on with the power button and had to slide to unlock. The screen never shuts off in the car while charging. I have the timeout set to "Never".

Basically I use my phone as an alarm to get up for work. My old Nokia N96 I could set the alarm and then switch the phone off at night and the alarm would still go off on time. This does not seem to be the case with the X10i. It doesn't even go off when the phones in airplane mode which is poor. I just don't want to have to leave my phone on overnight in case it rings and i wake up.
Are there any good alarm apps that allows you to turn the phone off and the alarm would still ring at 6.30 for work?
I know about Zedge and other programs, but I was wondering if there was a way to do it without them. I was able to put a Rintones Folder on my SD card, and they showed up in my ring tones.Sorry if this question was asked before and I missed it.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have two emulators, SNESoid and NESoid. When I load either, if I don't disable all sounds, the sound is very choppy/distorted and the game is boggy. I've played around a bit with the frame rate settings, but to no avail it seems. Does anyone know of any potential settings in the program or in the phone settings that could be causing this, and what I might try to fix them? Thanks

The weird part is that selecting a tone to play for the alarm has also stopped being audible, so in some ways this leads to an obvious conclusion?

I am a new owner of the HTC Hero and I tried to customize the ring tones and alarm sounds by using the directions provided by leaky on the tread "HTC Hero: Tips, Tricks & Useful Apps" but unfortunately this did not work out for my Hero. My SD card appeared as DCIM and I had to rename it to SD card and then on the MEDIA folder I added an AUDIO folder in which I added three separate files. One named ring tones, one named alarms and on named notifications as directions provided by thread. Then I added the appropriate .mp3 files to each folder while having the Hero plugged in with my PC.

My girlfriends phone still has the option and I even tried to clear defaults and clear data from clock and ht sense and all that and it still doesn't let me. I have a cool sound set for message notification (something like "Message arrives"). However, in the setting, there are only Phone Ringtone(for incoming calls) and Notification Ringtone(for both message and alarm notification. Therefor, when I do something like plug-in my phone to PC, the message ringtone is played, which is quite annoying. My question is that is there any way to set the separate sounds for message and alarm notifications? (maybe an app)

View 14 Replies View RelatedI tried several alarm clocks on my droid, and they all seem to have a problem. if I set alarms for 6:30, 6:41, and 6:52 am. Each with a different sound. If i snooze alarm 1, alarm 2/3 never goes off. i thought all 3 would be seperate, but it seems only 1 can be active at a time. unless im doing something wrong. this happens on the default alarm clock and, better alarm clock.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI woke up this morning and noticed that the temp was not showing on my phone, but sometimes it doesn't so I didn't think twice about it. I took it off the dock and went about my morning business. I signed on to my pc and noticed I Gmail mail but got no notifications on my phone. I then picked up my phone to see what was going on and had NO 3g indicator showing on top and could not access the web. I shut it down and turned it back on, got my mail notification and my 3g indicator back and can get online.
Has anyone had this happen before? It totally disconnected from the network it seems? It's never done such a thing before.
I have a Droid Bionic. I like it. But I was recently having some GMail syncing issues and during the troubleshooting for that I uninstalled the latest GMail update and reinstalled it. As a result, GMail is now doing audible notificatrion sounds for new email when before I only had notification in t he notification bar. I can't seem to get it turned off. I still want calendar events and texts to sound so I don't want to silence the phone but I want email and GMail to be silent (Notification icon only).

But use it in the afternoon...anywhere from 7 to 9 satellites are found.After the time stamp issue with the camera, I'm wondering if there's a similar issue with the GPS.

For some reason on most mornings since I got my Desire some 12 days ago I get a notification stating that the phone has been unable to confirm my time zone. I get an option to confirm my time zone as BST (GMT +1) and the phone is happy again...until the next morning.
My settings have the phone automatically checking the date and time. The greyed-out "choose time zone" option correctly shows GMT +1 / BST. I switch my phone to airplane mode overnight, so that I don't download updates unnecessarily...and don't get my sleep disturbed. Could this be the problem?
The strange thing is that this has not happened every morning, although most mornings it has. But my brother who lives in the same house also has a Desire and he has rarely had this problem. Any ideas?
I just got a Motorola Droid, used to have a blackberry. I work retail and am in my store for 2 hours before i open in the morning. I used I Heart Radio to listen to Fox Sports, Steve Czaben and then some of Dan PAtrick show.Since I Heart Radio isn't on Droid yet, at least i cant find it and Ive looked and tried every radio app and cannot find one that has Fox at all. There's got to be one. Any suggestions?
View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I woke up to my phone play a ringtone over and over. I couldnt stop the ringtone and it wasnt from an alarm. It was sitting at home screen just playing this ringtone over and over. So I turned the phone off and went back to sleep. When I turned the phone back on after I awoke it hard reset itself and made me start anew. No apps i downloaded, no ringtones or wallpapers except those on my SD card. Luckily I used backup assistant to get my contacts back but wtf?
Has this happened to anyone else? The only app Ive downloaded recently is ourgroceries which I linked with my wife. the phone doesn't change settings, only needed Internet access and something else trivial. I am very very careful with apps I download.
Again, anyone had this issue? Any reason why this happened?
