I try to send photos using my HTC Legend. When i try to send someone a pic it says permanent fatal error, then it tries to resend over and over. I've talked to my cellphone company and they say my mms is set up and active. any ideas?

Is there a way to remove this standard text from all mails I send from my phone? Not that I want to disrespect HTC () but I don't want to have to manually remove it all the time.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI cannot get files to transfer via bluetooth, either to another phone or to my car kit (ie/ contact lists, v cards). when i called for help i was told 1 - check with your network provider. (uhm, bluetooth doesn't utilize the network...) 2- the upgrade to 2.1 has caused many of the products to be unable to sync to other devices (well, the speaker works, i just can't transfer files. oh, that is odd - not a helpful reply) and 3 - try a factory reset. (how about, no. every time i've tried that nothing is fixed and i'm back to square one and having to reload all of my programs and data).it's been determined that my settings are correct. has anyone else found this issue and been able to overcome it?
View 2 Replies View RelatedOk, any time I try to send a photo over MMS it just sits in my inbox going no where. I'm using a rooted ROM and handcent, changed the sent settings to 1Mb for file size so that should'nt really be a problem (photos are only 80k). Am I missing something obvious?

In the operators manual it tells me how to send by email, talks about flickr and twitter and Facebook but no mention of sending via messages. I have tried without success, a message bounces back telling me that there is a 'generic network failure', but I use my Nokia with the same network and that works.

The instant upload feature on my Samsung Exhibit II wasn't working for several months. No it has started working again, so any pics I take go to instant upload as they should. But, the many pics taken during the months that it wasn't working are still on the phone and not on instant upload. It seems like it should 'sync' them but it is not - it is only sending any new pics I take, not the old ones.

I am pleased with the Legend, but at times things come up that confuse me somewhat. Recently a friend and I were taking photos and I thought it would be interesting to compare camera quality of her BB Curve 8900 with my HTC Legend. Below are the photos.

Is it just me or is something wrong here? (Forgive me naivety!) Also, could it be that I need to fine tune some settings or something? I hope somehow I can improve these shots.. the Legend's assumed superior camera was one of its main attractive characteristics for me!
Is there any application to restart the OS only?
