HTC EVO 4G :: Sprint Live TV - No Lakers / Celtics Game
Jun 8, 2010Why am I paying $10 a month for this useless service? Put on ABC "live" TV and there is no Lakers/Celtics game. Its 2 hours of Desperate Housewives and some other BS. I have yet to see any LIVE TV on the "live" channels. What a ripoff this service is.

Aug 14, 2010I travel a lot and I'm always trying to listen to my local channels, iheartradio is the only streaming app that has the specific channel I want to hear. I have the Eris and it seems the streaming quality is not to good, constantly cutting out.
Question is would the Droid X pick up this station or this app better than the Eris?
I also have At bat MLB 2010, no problems what so ever it seems it plays no matter where I'm at, tried the NFL app to listen to the Bengals game last week it was almost as bad as iheartradio.
Is it more the app or the phone? I know my call reception with the Eris is not great. but like I said MLB comes in great.

May 21, 2010I have an Incredible, and would really like to catch up on TV shows that I miss. I usually use hulu on my computer. I know that CBS has an app, but I don't really watch CBS much. Is there a way I can get ABC/ Fox to work on my phone? I know with 2.2 it will probably work, since it will have full flash but can I do it now somehow?

Jul 15, 2010Using the Facebook app, some music artists post videos of concert footage etc. When I click on the video to watch it, my Incredible will ask me if I want to use Internet or YouTube to watch it. Unfortunately neither works for me.
When I choose Internet, YouTube's website pops up with the video and a play button. When I click the play button it does nothing. When I choose to open it via the YouTube app, I get an error saying that it can't play the file.
Is there a way to watch embedded YouTube videos that people post on Facebook via the app?

HTC Incredible :: Phone Doesn't Show My Flagged Emails / Watch Them?
May 7, 2010I have been searching around this forum for a while and I was wondering if other people were having issues with Exchange not syncing your flagged emails. The phone doesn't show my flagged emails and if I flag an email using the phone they don't show up in Outlook. Everything else seems to be syncing just fine for me (read/unread, deleting, calendars etc).

I have a few movies saved onto my media card but I was wondering if there is an app that would allow me to login to my home server (through ftp or something) and let me browse my vids and stream them through. In the file manager I tried and it sais that streaming wasnt available and proceeded to download the file. It would play once it was fully transfered. Any avi streamers out there?

Aug 6, 2010There is a radio station I like, it is on itunes, but also available for stream at their own website. The stream looks for compatibility with Windows media player, or itunes, Winamp, or their own platform which loads on my phone but does not work correctly with no volume.
How I can listen to this station, and what I need to download?

May 6, 2010I've been jonesing to be able to listen to Sirius and especially Howard Stern while I'm at work. I wanted to test out data usage by using PDANet to stream Howard on my laptop. I didn't pay attention to the clock, but I'm sure it was streaming for at least 2-3 hours. Checked my account today and the data usage jumped by 156 MB in 24 hours.So, bear that in mind if you're thinking of tethering for streaming audio. Consistent usage like that could possibly tip off VZ that something fishy is going on.

May 10, 2010I've got a Moto S9 headset connected to my Incredible. While in a local music app (htc media player, tunewiki, mixzing, etc) the bluetooth headset controls work just fine. If I'm in a streaming radio app (pandora,last.fm, slacker) and press the bluetooth controls it will start playing the last accessed local music player. Does anybody else see similar behavior? this seems like a pretty big bug/problem to me.

Obviously, I would prefer to play my music thru my car stereo via AUX cable, rather then streaming via my bluetooth speaker.I already spoke with tech support for my new BlueAnt S4 and they said there is no way to disable it via the speakerphone.
