Sep 1, 2010If you click on the top left corner, on the logo of whatever channel you are listening to, it gives you an options menu for buffering. But I really don't know what all these numbers and settings actually mean. You click on a "Start Buffer" and there are just 5 numbers to choose from. Can anyone explain what all these settings are?

Today I rooted my DInc with Unrevoked Forever, then I Flashed the 8/1 Froyo Leak but I did not flash the Radio.
My Software Info is:
Android 2.2
BaseBand - 1.00.03.04.06
Kernel - 2.6.32.15 - g5e1ad8b htc-kernel@and 18-2 #1
PRI Version - 1.28.002
So far the phone works I have Market 2.2 etc, but I tested Hulu and found out that my "handset" doesn't work with this format. I'm not sure how to check for Flash 10.1 but some video worked on the Adobe flash player site.

Sep 3, 2010The new Froyo update has changed the look of the screen when receiving a phone call. It now has their FB status scrolling across the bottom of their picture!! This is EXTREMELY annoying....is there a way to disable that? I just want their contact pic to show...but if I didn't want the pic to show, just their name and number, is there a way to do that??
Lastly, I have contacts that are linked with phone and Facebook...I have adjusted so the pic of the "phone" entry is what shows in "people" and in handcent...but when I receive a call, the FB pic is what shows..

Jun 11, 2010Just bounced out to ESPN at ESPN Home on my Incredible and like the look, but in the "video" section there are only 7 offerings and this is little highlight blurbs. On the ESPN 3 site you can watch full length games and I can browse to this site on my Incredible but when I get the viewing window, I just get a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. Is there any way to play ESPN 3 videos on the Incredible?

Apr 29, 2010any way to get better video when you go to the site. Im not talking about the flash. You dont need flash for this video. It is the actual player that is crappy when it loads up. Had moto droid looked perfect but not with the incredible. May 7, 2010I recently switched from a Blackberry Storm to my first smartphone the HTC Incredible. So far, I'm very happy with the switch and enjoy everything about the HTC Incredible.I'm having a problem with the MOBILE NETWORK being disabled when I'm connected to WI-FI (my home network or any other WI-FI hot spot). Is this suppose to happen? Is there any way to allow this not to happen?? Why does this happen? The problem I'm running in to is when receiving or sending MMS / SMS text messages with pics, I am getting a "MESSAGE NOT DOWNLOADED - GENERIC NETWORK FAILURE" message in my status bar.

May 3, 2010Depends on the size and gauge of the wire of your headphones. Also depends on the position of the wires. FM radio is a little picky, but works fine- depending on the points mentioned. Old & wrong: The FM radio on the Inc must be the weakest radio in a phone, evah! Just tried it today and picks up half the channels my Ngage and N900 pick up well. A lot of channels barely come in, or are static filled. I thought Steely Dan said "FM has no static at all"? Makes the CDMA radio seem not that bad, in comparison I know- at LEAST it has a radio. Must be set to suppa powwa savva mode

Aug 18, 2010I've had this issue happen a few times, so I disregarded it, but a few hours ago it happened 3 times in a row.I'm in the middle of a phone call, and suddenly I hear a beep, and I look at the phone and the call was disconnected (I'm back on the 'Phone' screen). I then realize that the phone becomes unresponsive (the screen doesn't respond, same thing goes for the Home/Menu/Back/Search buttons).The only thing I can do is press the top 'Off/Lock' button to shut off the screen, then press it again, and everything goes back to normal.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If so, any advice/solutions?My phone is stock, no rooting or roms. I've downloaded a few apps from Android market and that's about it.My 30-day purchase window is up in about a week, so I'd like to get this resolved before then to avoid any headaches.

Oct 14, 2010A long time ago I upgraded to the 2.15 radio. Everything worked great except for one thing. Occasionally (once every 2-3 days) my 3g goes off and I can't turn it back on. I'll toggle airplane mode to no avail. Is there a way I can re flash the 2.15 radio? I wouldn't even mind returning to stock before re-rooting if thats what it takes.
