Can someone make an apk installable for me? I modded widgetlocker and am now forced to put it in the system folder. Can anyone out there make it installable like a normal apk for me if i send them the apk?

I should preface my prob with i have s-off leaked 2.2....i cannot sign into yahoo i go to yahoo.com click sign in, then it redirects you to https sign in page and it skews the page 3/4 right and i cant move it, zoom out, even see the sign in box...any suggestions.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI just installed the latest version of Skyraider (sense) and everything seems to be working ok except that I cant sign into my google account.In the notifications it gives me the sign in error and when I select it I am prompted to enter the characters in the random picture it shows.I do this and it just repeats, over and over again. I can't get past this. Also, I know that I am not messing it up.

It stays in the notifications bar and if I try to input the password it authenticates forever then tells me the password or login are incorrect.Weirdest part though is I can still access the account and it appears i am still receiving push notices.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI keep having to input CAPCHA.My phone frequently has a pop-up box that stops me from doing anything. It says "Google Sign-in" and it has the CATCHA box.I have a HTC EVO 4G, with an aftermarket battery. I am on wifi a lot as I live in an area with a lot of free wifi and I have wifi at home and at my girlfriend's house. I have had Android since the Dev G1, but never had this with the G1.The problem is, I have to enter it several times a day, and it only seems to pop up when I try to do something, like answer the phone or type a text message. Since I have no keyboard, these arbitrary sequences of letters are a real pain. About half the time it makes me enter two sequences of letters-I do not know if that means I did the first set wrong or what, but I have to do CAPTCHA every day.

After some bugfixes I need to upload an update and hence I need to sign the apk. However, when I execute the following command: jarsigner -verbose -keystore android_release_key.keystore My_APK_File.apk android_release and enter my password correctly, I get the following error: jarsigner: unable to sign jar: java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid entry compressed size (expected 1065 but got 1085 bytes) I've signed older versions of the apk multiple times before. I don't understand why it stopped working now. Do you have any ideas or suggestions what can be going wrong here?

When the user installs and opens it, it prompts the user to install another apk (drm free) which was inside the installer apk. However, after signing and zipaligning both with APK Signer tool and Private keys i get this error when installing: an existing package by the same name with a conflicting signature is already installed
basically, both the apk (installer) and apk (theme) have the same package name. When the apk (theme) is installed, it should overwrite the apk (installer).
I think both the installer apk and theme apk should have the same certificates in order to overwrite each other, but i don't know how.
How do I go about changing my sign in I. D. on this app. Tried going to account but cant.

It now boots and asks me login to my google account and now it freezes on 'signing into google'.. And after a couple of hours of waiting (I figured it was just downloading alot of photos or something) it won't cancel either.

I unchecked the automatic sign in box in the settings and forced closed and reopened the program again. When I open it, it automatically signs me into one account. It's extremely annoying. I hope I don't have to do a full reset of the phone because I already have so much stuff on it already, including a lot of personal data. This indicates that an application can be signed with multiple certificates.
This is an interesting option to allow multiple entities to sign an application. e.g: A system application which was initially signed by the device's manufacturer. Further updates could be signed by the developer.
Am I misreading the documentation or is this really possible? If so, how?
Is there any other way for an application to support different certificates and with that, having two or more entities sign it?
I am all of the sudden having a problem with the Droid Eris.I keep getting a pop up Google sign in on the screen.the username shown on the screen has gmail address(part of it is my address but at the end of my address there are 2 extra numbers added to it (i do not have numbers in my address (do not know how it got there) there is no way to change the address on the pop up, but i try to put in my password that I have and it does not work.I can access gmail from a computer with my correct gmail address and PW.Is there any way to get in contact with Google (haha) and Verizon says it is Googles problem.I want to try to get back my correct gmail addy on the Eris, if anyone can help ? All I can do is talk and receive text and go on web, If I try to go onto Menu, Market it asks me the PW.

But every time I try to use the chrome to phone button on my browser, it always asks me to sign in to Chrome to Phone. Basically, anytime I want to just quickly send a link to my phone, I end up having to log in which just completely ruins any convenience C2P gave me. I am always logged into Google and Gmail when I open my browser, so why doesn't it save the fact that I'm logged into Chrome to Phone? ): Is anyone else experiencing this?

When the 3G sign disappears from my phone I get a 'H' sign, what does this stand for? Also when the 3G is flashing red and green arrows does this mean you are connected to internet. i.e. when using an application? On some applications it doesn't flash but on others it does even games!
