May 5, 2010i can't view pic msgs with the standard txt app or handcent. It says failed download due to network error.

May 31, 2010save pictures in my text messages? I would like to NOT use any app such as "Save MMS" because I'm sure there's a way to do this with the phone as-is. Also, when I get a picture message, it doesn't automatically download the picture. It notifies me, and then I have to manually click "download"

Oct 9, 2010I have been sending pictures on and off to people. They are verizon customers but for some reason they can't open them. The pictures I'm sending are taken off the stock camera app. If I click to view report, it just says pending... help please! My last resort is a factory reset.

Jun 4, 2010this is starting to piss me off, I have over 10K messages, and it will not let me delete them? I have been reading the only way to get rid of them is by resetting the phone to factory default? Is there anyway to back up all the stuff I purchased or am I hosed? Is there an app that will delete them all at once, I do not care if I lose all my SMS msgs, but I really do not wish to reset the phone?

May 5, 2010My phone will sometimes not ring at all when I receive an incoming call. It will be waiting for me to pickup, but nothing will be coming out of the speakers. Also, sometimes when someone calls it rings and rings on their end and go to my voice mail, but my phone will not even register that they called. Oh, and it randomly revolted once or twice just sitting there. I am probably going to exchange my phone, but I wanted to see if that is the best course of action.

May 25, 2010I want to use WiFi while I'm at work to save battery (my 3G coverage is awful and it constantly searches for it). Everything works except for Visual Voicemail. the second I turn "mobile network" back on my voice mails appear. Is it a silly setting I'm doing wrong? or does Visual voice Mail need 3G to receive? When I try and use WiFi, I turn on WiFi and turn off 3G.
I haven't tested to see if I could get my voicmails the old fashioned way by dialing in (while on WiFi only) but I do know that I don't get a indication that I have an email (so I wouldn't know when to dial in if it did work the manual way). I know someone spoke about they use WiFi instead of 3G while at work and every thing was perfect but I don't know if he subscribes to Visual Voicemail.

Jul 5, 2010I checked a similar thread but wasn't satisfied with the answers there. I just bought a Moment with 2.1 loaded. I'd like to know if the contacts program or the texting app that came loaded on the phone have a way to send text messages to groups.(Maybe this is a Google question.) I'm using Gmail contacts, which load into the phone fine, but I can't locate (in the phone) the groups I've set up. (As if they don't survive the sync). So the only way to send txt to multiple recipients is to enter each manually. Can get tedious for large lists.

May 17, 2010So this morning I decided to use the Backup Assistant for the first time & set it up through my Verizon, got the pin & proceeded to BU my contacts. When I went back to the contacts on my phone there where other names, numbers & email addresses mixed in with my contacts (at least 10 or more). I just started deleting them not thinking much about it, but now I'm a little concerned. I ran the Backup again and it worked fine. Any one experience this or have any ideas? I searched and can't find any info on this glitch.

Mar 5, 2010I'm still new to Sprint.. I used to be a Verizon guy for 8 years. And I'm used to send and receive pictures with the original resolution they were taken. But I've notice that Everytime I get a Pic msg with my moment they're ridiculously resized. Same thing happens if I send one they get a crappy sized pic.
Is there a way around it?
Is it sprint?
Or is it Android?
