I have googled and searched this site for the following warning, "Sorry! - the application Mail (process.htc.android.mail) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again". I can't seem to find a resolution to this issue. On my past iPhone the exchange sync worked just fine.

View 3 Replies View RelatedSeveral weeks ago I was using the default mail client and my (free) Yahoo account just randomly disappeared one day. I decided to download K-9 mail and give it a try. Setup was easy and it worked like a charm. No deleted emails coming back, no multiple messages in my sent folder, everything just worked.
That was until a couple days ago. I noticed that I hadn't been getting any email notifications on my Droid through K-9. I opened the app and the last email showing up was from 2/6/2010. I did the refresh and nothing happened. I held down the power button and choose "Power Off". I turned it back on. I went to K-9 did a refresh, it said it was checking my Yahoo account but it didn't retreive any new emails.
When I log onto Yahoo online I have new emails (both read and unread) but none of them are being retrieved by K-9. What is going on?
My Yahoo mail stopped working today. VZ set it up but now it says my username and password are wrong. I went it and made sure they were right and they are and checked online and it work..weird ..anyone with a similar issue?

I have really been enjoying HTC Mail, but all of a sudden since last night it stopped giving me a notification when a new email comes in. I checked my settings, and nothing there has changed. Still set to notify.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThe first one the flashlight led stopped working in any app. It was returned. Now its replacement has another issue with the camera. I'm getting blocky colourful pixelation when the phone is on a gprs connection and I use the camera. At least that didn't happen on the first one. I'm getting seriously fed up with HTC. Will I get one that works properly? Might swap it for Samsung galaxy, but I know I'd miss sense. S there a fix for the camera bug? Updated software? It takes a perfect picture. It just looks wrong before you click the shutter.

Now, the app won't retrieve mail from my account. I am looking at my mail app, and dont see the new mail that I am seeing when viewing my in box on my computer. Yes, I have pressed menu>refresh, and yes I have tried rebooting.

The rotating syncing circle just keeps rotating forever. I've been using the HTC app, but have noticed that after a day or so the notification sound stops playing when I receive an email. This happened for anyone else? Anyone tried both apps for any length of time and have strong opinions over which app is better? I saw a review that said the HTC app is better but the Google one doesn't seem too bad to me... I would like to remove my G mail account from the actual G mail app since I am not using it. How do I do that? The ear speaker in my Evo stopped working, presumably after 2.2 upgrade. I cannot hear anything during phone call or when I listen to voice mail. When I turn on speaker or insert headphones - I hear fine.
I got this problem with one Evo and thought it was a hardware problem. Sprint exchanged it. Got the new Evo, upgraded to 2.2 and now the same issue. I did checked the ear speaker before upgrade and it was working.
Hard reset did not help. I checked all the settings I could.
I found on another forum that someone had similar issue. Anyone else? Any suggestions?
