Is anyone else having a problem viewing photos on Facebook using the browser? When I open a friend's album it shows the thumbnails and once I click on a picture it brings up a (flash looking) photo viewer window. This doesn't allow you comment, like, or view comments on the pictures. Is there a different way to view these, am I missing something?

When I try to use Sense to view photo albums for one friend, it shows that they have zero photo albums. The official facebook app does the same. If I use the browser to visit her profile, I can see her numerous photo albums easily, but damnit! I want the software to work like it's designed and this little bug seems so bizarre. As far as I can tell, the missing albums bug only applies to this one friend. I would be able to easily overlook the bug except that one friend is my fiancee.

View 2 Replies View Relatedtoday i was playing around with my hero some more (because like you i can't put it down), and i noticed that when i go into my albums app, and then into the facebook tab, and into my facebook photos, i have no albums to display. i have my phone linked to my facebook account, and i have a couple albums there, including a mobile album that i have uploaded pics to from this phone. so why does it tell me i have no albums in my facebook photos to disply?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI just transferred a bunch of pictures (over 2000) from my ipod to my mytouch 4g slide. I had them all in neat little albums on the ipod and i would like to do the same on my phone. Problem is i cant figure out how, other than putting the files into separate folders on my sd card, which i don't like because i like to have a general folder of all of them together with separate albums for specific things, and sometimes a picture would go into more than one album. Is there an app or a way to do this on my phone, I don't mind if the app creates copies of my pictures as long as the original files are left untouched. And is there a way to organize my pictures by name rather than date? Because when I transferred them it don't keep date it was added but rather the date i copied it, and when organized by name its correct because of the numbers in the file name.

I tried to figure it out on my own and it shows a little icon that made an album, and I have supposedly inserted photos into it, but when I click on it, it doesn't show the pictures in the album. So I don'tdont even know if they are in there or what. how to send it via email if possible. I have the entire droidx 2 64-pg manual downloaded to my device, and none of it says anything about albums.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI just rooted my phone and loaded a 2.1 ROM (Damage Control v2.08). Everything seems to be working great. I went into my contacts (reloaded through MS Exchange) and noticed that some of the Facebook photos were auto linked to a contact, but some were not. I am guessing the ones that did not do not have a name that matches exactly did not load.With the stock phone, I was able to manually select the Facebook friend I wanted to associate with my contact and it added the picture.With 2.1, when I try to manually select a Facebook contact through "Link Facebook Profile", the screen doesn't list anyone to choose from.It is just blank and says "no matches found".Has anyone else had this problem? I'm trying to figure out how to manually link people. I can log into Facebook with no problem and everything there seems to work.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a Nexus 7 tablet. After I "View" and then "Save" photos received as attachments from Gmail, the thumbnail icons appear in Gallery but I can't thereafter open them. When I go into Gallery and touch the photo thumbnail, all I get is a black screen. The file's thumbnail icon in the Gallery is a generic icon and not the usual small thumbnail of the photo itself.
How do I view photos downloaded or saved to the Gallery? I haven't changed any Settings which may or may not affect viewing.
I could be missing this, but is there a way to send/tag a photo to facebook from the photo itself? The Facebook app for my blackberry lets me do this. If I pull up a photo I just took, I have the option of sending it to Facebook, as well as tagging it. I can't figure out how to do this on my Moment.

I recently got on with t-mobile, and purchased a Samsung Galaxy SII which I love in most respects..
BUT
The gallery only displays the photos I take, but I want all my fb albums displayed too... how do I accomplish this? Is there an app I can download, settings I can change, voodoo rituals I need to perform??....

View 2 Replies View RelatedIf I copy a complelation album to the SD Card. How do I dispaly the contents of the album and not have a load of individual artists.
If a copy an album by one artist it works ok. I get the album name followed by a list of all the tracks which is what I want from the compelation.
Not sure if I'm missing something really obvious here When I take photos they all go into one folder. In the Albums app I can't seem to create new folders to place photos into. Am I missing something really obvious? If I need an app does anyone have suggestions?

View 6 Replies View RelatedHaving probs with music on my t-mobile g2 (Hero) can save single mp3's to the sd card and it plays them, how do I get it to recognise albums and tracks within albums, it just seems as if it doesn't like them, tried creating a folder on the sd card with the album name, putting tracks inside this and cannot get it to work? Also want the player to show album art but having difficulty with that too - do I need to use WMP or something else and sync?

View 3 Replies View RelatedSo when I first got my sprint hero when I would go to the music it would open up in such a way that I could finger swipe to flip through albums. Somehow...I've done something so when I open up the music from the icon, it just shows me the current/last album and song I was on. I've clicked all the little icons on the bottom, and they show various top to bottom text menus...but nowhere I can find to get back to make it where the albums are seen in that distance where you finger swipe left/right to flip through them.

On all my old basic phones I could sort out my photo albums easily, placing family photos all together and nudies together as well. On this phone, all photos go in 1 of 2 places. If I take a pic with the camera, it goes in a camera folder. If I pull it off the web or save from a text, they go in a download folder. These seem to be my only options and my pics are a jumbled mess. I've read my book, played with my phone, been to multiple Sprint stores, and searched these forums to no avail. No one seems to know or care. Is there any way I can create new folders and move pics from one to the other?
View 25 Replies View Relatedthe connection via my wifi is intermittent at best - usually telling me page not available / connection error , occasionally it does connect but hangs up when searcging - the weather widgets / gmail update regularily . I have used the browser , google widget and downloaded mini opera - all same problem. Secondly , I havn't been able to view youtube vids and only minimal success with beeb player {this may be more to do with the connection dropping off but what I saw wasnt great quality.A nokia n95, which hadnt been used for web browsing until I tried it this morning, was fine browsing using the same wifi network & viewing iplayer.I so want to love this phone [ having rubbished my iphone / nokia friends ] but a quick look through the forums suggests there may be problems with Wi-Fi.

I brought over my contacts from the Pre - the FB profile pics did not migrate.
