I tried rebooting among other things.I love the phone so far though just want to upload pics to facebook now

If I pull up a photo I just took, I have the option of sending it to Facebook, as well as tagging it. I can't figure out how to do this on my Moment.

I have the same issue except that my contact card has automatically synced to my facebook and I would prefer to change to a different picture that is not my facebook profile picture. There's no option to do so under people->my contact card and if I go to a picture in my albums it only lets me set the photo for a contact that is not me.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to use Sense to view photo albums for one friend, it shows that they have zero photo albums. The official facebook app does the same. If I use the browser to visit her profile, I can see her numerous photo albums easily, but damnit! I want the software to work like it's designed and this little bug seems so bizarre. As far as I can tell, the missing albums bug only applies to this one friend. I would be able to easily overlook the bug except that one friend is my fiancee.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI'd like to snap a photo on the Eris and upload to Facebook with a comment. It seems the built-in app that came with the Eris doesn't allow comments to be posted. I tried Bloo, which does allow comments, but the photos don't appear in Facebook until I go to my page and approve the photos. Am I missing a way to comment with the built-in app, or a way to have the photos appear without special approval with Bloo? Or is there a better app for this.

I brought over my contacts from the Pre - the FB profile pics did not migrate.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm sure this isn't news to any of you veterans, but this is my first android device so please bare with me. I'm using the facebook app and have noticed that neither the app itself or the widget show the actual facebook live feed or provide a way to access it....
Of course my next thought was "well what if I just use the facebook page in a browser window". Turns out that's not as simple as I thought! Apparently facebook not only has a mobile page, it also has a "touch" page that it likes to route you to. Neither the mobile or the touch facebook pages have a way to access the live feed either....
I took a photo in San Francisco yesterday with Droid and uploaded it using Facebook app. But it is really tiny, downsized too much.Overall, it's a great phone. Do wish it had some Sense UI sexiness though!

When I open a friend's album it shows the thumbnails and once I click on a picture it brings up a (flash looking) photo viewer window. This doesn't allow you comment, like, or view comments on the pictures. Is there a different way to view these, am I missing something?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI just rooted my phone and loaded a 2.1 ROM (Damage Control v2.08). Everything seems to be working great. I went into my contacts (reloaded through MS Exchange) and noticed that some of the Facebook photos were auto linked to a contact, but some were not. I am guessing the ones that did not do not have a name that matches exactly did not load.With the stock phone, I was able to manually select the Facebook friend I wanted to associate with my contact and it added the picture.With 2.1, when I try to manually select a Facebook contact through "Link Facebook Profile", the screen doesn't list anyone to choose from.It is just blank and says "no matches found".Has anyone else had this problem? I'm trying to figure out how to manually link people. I can log into Facebook with no problem and everything there seems to work.
View 3 Replies View Relatedi've just upgraded to the Desire & am liking many things in it, but this issue bugs me:i've synced & linked the contacts in my 'people' app. in some cases, this involved linking the FaceBook profile of a person with a pre-exisitng phone number in my phone/sim card.The problem is that the phone seems to default to the Facebook 'profile picture' as the icon/photo that shows up in my People app (for that contact), even if tell it not to.I've tried downloading new pics, or taking a photo with the camera, and then manually setting this as the 'icon' for a certain person. This works for a while (a few hours?) and then within one day, the phone automatically re-sets this icon & replaces it with the Facebook profile pic. again.
