I could be missing this, but is there a way to send/tag a photo to facebook from the photo itself? The Facebook app for my blackberry lets me do this. If I pull up a photo I just took, I have the option of sending it to Facebook, as well as tagging it. I can't figure out how to do this on my Moment.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI am trying to send a photo from my Android device to a laptop via Bluetooth. Right now I have a gallery on the screen where the photos are depicted. What I want to do is to click a photo and directly send it to the laptop. All the Bluetooth stuff works fine but what I donīt know how to do is to get the byte[] that conforms the picture that should be sent. Maybe that is not the way is supposed to be done, so please it would help if someone gives me some suggestions about how to proceed. I just need some guidelines, later I will investigate how to code everything. Once the Bluetooth messages reach the laptop is there something to do to "rebuild" the picture?
And secondly, by now I am copying the files to the drawable file of my project. Is it possible to directly get them from the folder where the picture I take are stored?
Camera app or organizer app that actually moves pictures instead of just displays them differently via a viewing app?
For example it would be great to have photos automatically go into pre-set albums or quickly and easily reorganize them afterwards etc. I know I can manually move them via file managers but looking for a dedicated app with different options/filters etc.

I have seen a good number of group postings which support this being a problem. I can only assume the OP for the linked to question made some other changes, possibly to the manifest which allowed his code to work.
The behaviour I am seeing is the Email intent handling the attachment of the jpeg from the sdcard but dealing with it as a 0 length file which is discarded when sent. I have tried setType as jpeg/image and image/jpeg as I have seen it expressed both ways....................
Here are two pics, one from my canon dslr and one from the HTC evo. Both were reduced by Photo bucket because of a file size restriction. Not bad for a cell phone camera, imo. Sorry, but I didn't have time to do some other examples, Canon T1I, 18-55mm lens, set to 8MP, full auto On the left HTC Evo 4g, 8MP, full auto On the right.

Any web browser where the resize/crop profile photo window in Desktop (full) version of facebook actually works? Seriously, I can not change my friggin fb profile pic because when it asks to drag the edges of the box to crop the photo, it wont do anything. When I touch it and try to drag, it just moves the entire screen around. It wont actually select it...kind of like you do when you click inside a Flash window. I have tried stock browser, Boat, Dolphin HD and Opera. None of them will move or resize the drag box. Im stuck without PC access and have been wanting to change my photo for months but have not been able to. I dont understand this. When I had my Touch Pro 2 with Windows Mobile and used Opera Mobile, I had absolutely no problem dragging that box around.
