I have some fave. apps I would like to move to the first loading page.
I have a couple of questions about layout.
First, is moving things I don't use from where they are. It is possible to move the Browser icon off the home page?
On the first tap to the right I have the music application, and I never use that. I would like to use that space for App icons. Can I move that?
Finally, two taps to the left is the calender. Can I move that?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I rooted my phone, did a nanodroid back-up, and added a custom Rom. At first I flashed MoCaDo onto the phone but I had a lot of force closes. So I flashed Fresh .5 over MocaDo 1.1 and the force closes stop. The phone feels a lot zipper. I have WiFi tether. Spare parts is great. Now how do I move apps to the sd card to free up more space?

View 10 Replies View RelatedI have a rooted HTC Hero, and I was, until a couple of days ago, running MoDaCos 1.6 ROM.
I decided, (foolishly perhaps?) to try to move my apps to the SD card. I partitioned the Sdcard using Amon Ra's boot recovery screen and all went fine. I then used the option "move apps to SD" also included in the boot recovery. I am now using Froyd Villain's newest froyo ROM, and all the apps are working fine but the apps aren't on the phone, and they aren't on the ext- partition of my sdcard, so i come to the conclution that they must be on the fat 32 partition, but how the heck do i access them? Neither the phone nor my computer can access the fat32 pertition of my sdcard.
The problem being that I've just bought a larger sdcard, and I want to transfer all my apps to that card, but I can't since I can't even locate the files.
I have tried backing up all the aplications using titanium backup, but the phone won't boot without the sdcard, so i cant import them onto the new card. Any suggestions?
My phone is telling me my internal storage is nearly full, whereas I have a 4gb microsd card which is not being used.
How do I move my applications to the SD card (or how do I have my apps automatically install there in the future)
Sorry if this has been discussed to bits, but I have just got home after a 32 flight Oddest and after performing a search I did not find what I needed. I recall someone here mentioning an app that moves all other apps to the SD card, but I cannot remember the name. I will be in your debt if you could help me by naming it.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just got my Galaxy Ace 2 x before Christmas and was trying to move my apps on to my 32 GB SD but it wouldn't let me. previously had lg optimus one which let you swap internal SD (I think) which aloud me to move installed apps on to it. When I looked up how to do this I read that i had to root my phone and since I just got the phone I really didn't want to break it. Is there another way to move apps to my Ext SD?

Also I tried swapping memories (internal to external and vice versa) , it worked but installing apps from external sources will not work, or apps in /storage/emulated/0/... Will not be able to installed , but if they are on /storage/sdcard1 they will be able to be installed.. That still a problem ..
