how do i send vids via MMS.. i would always get " Message Size limit reached" and " sorry you cannot attach this to your message". also: is there a way to upload vids directly to FACEBOOK?..

View 3 Replies View RelatedI cant seem to find an option on my droid for sending a video clip with Handscent mms. when I browse though my gallery and select a clip, I dont have an option to send using Handscent. I have tried the setting under the video camera mode to use 30 second clips for sending mms and i have tried using the lower quality setting as well. I do see the option for sending using the stock messaging app, but I was wondering if I could use Handscent to send these videos..

Is there anyway to send a high quality video either by mms or an app? I've tried sending via email (gmail), but they cap attachment file size pretty low.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm using myPlayer to download videos to watch during my commute. Even though the myPlayer app recommends arcMedia to play the downloaded videos, I've found that the default Videos app works just fine, and is a bit better thanks to the Dolby Mobile sound.
However... after downloading the video to the phone, the video takes an age to show up in the Videos app's list. I can usually prod the app into re-scanning the SD card for videos my unmounting and remounting the card, but that's a bit of a pain. Does anyone know of a way of just getting the Videos app to have another look for new files?
(I know, it's not a major hassle to remount the SD card, but I'm an ex-iPhone guy and used to the 'it just works' way of doing things...

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, and updating profiles and software. I am real close to throwing a $200 phone against the wall! (breathe) Has anyone else had this problem? I tried to figure out why through hours of researching and different video players, but I got nothing. The site is Welcome to CrossFit: Forging Elite Fitness and I can't seem to get 90% of the .wmv videos working at all. Sometimes some of them work and I can't figure out why. I thought it was the frame rate because the occasional lower quality one (non-widescreen) work fine. Most are high quality and these are the ones I want to play. Can anyone get this one to work as an example: http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/Games2010_ Oconnor Speal _Tapering.wmv? I can successfully convert them, but I want to view them right from the web with no adjusting.

The issue is that when I put an mp4 on my Evo, it will show up as a black screen with only the audio playing. Those were with larger files, approximately 1.6gb, and 2.3gb. I did get a a smaller file (about 20mb) to play, although the audio was off.
