HTC EVO 4G :: Way To Fix Blurry Pics?

A bunch of turkeys came wandering in my back yard a few min ago, and I grabbed my evo to snap a few pics. They all turned out hazy. Focus was fine, but the pics just looked really bad, like looking through dirty glass. Turns out, a bit of fingerprint was on the camera lens. I wiped it down on my shirt and the pics became much clearer. Seems like common sense, right? Anyhow, just throwing it out there. I'm probably going to forget to do this next time.

why are my contact pics so blurry? The only answers are for the Motorola droid and the "pathways" you take are difrerent than the droid eris. Ex: got mms with pic, long pressed and saved. Went to album, selected pic, pressed menu button, set as, then chose contact. I figured that was a standard way of doing it and it worked. Except thay when i get a call from contact the picture looks pixelated and blurry. But all other pics not set as contact loom AMAZING. Any help? Do I also need to wait for that Google update talked about in a previous thread about the motorola droid? Another quick question.......my keyboard is lagging super hard while typing (only on this site btw) is there too much going on.

So I been taking pics with my EPIC 4G and I thought it was supposed to be one of the best on the market. Well I have to take a few pics to try to get a decent pic. Most come out blurry to slightly blurry. My old Sony Erickson took better pics with lil fuss. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? Am I supposed to tap it and wait for it to focus before taking a pic? Even with that it comes out a lil blurry.

I'm on my 2nd Hero at the moment but m having a problem with my contact pictures. On my 1st Hero with Orange they were perfectly clear however I now have 1 with T-mobile and the contact pictures are very blurry, almost unrecognisable. Anyone know why this would happen and how to fix it? It is the exact same pics from the same memory card that I used on the 1st phone, I just swapped it over to the new 1 when it arrived I should add that when I say contact pics, its only when m calling some1 and their face fills the screen that this happens

Why is it that contact pictures are blurry on the evo? If someone in my contacts calls their picture shows up (taken from the evo camera mind you) very blurry and pixelated... Ive also noticed that pictures in the internet browser are super compressed...

The top of my dincs screen is blurry, its like 1/10th of an inch from the top of the screen dwn it is noticable blurry compared to the rest of the scren. I can only notice this when browsing the web or when is used the screen test app

I know this phone has a good camera. However I have noticed that unless I keep the phone perfectl motionless the images will be blurry. same thing goes if I am shoting a person who is slightly moving. Is this just my settings?

I have read a few threads, but they aren't saying the evo4g is having this problem. but mine is. i imported my contacts from my outlook and all the images are coming up blurry when i receive calls and make them. also, a lot of the images on my contacts aren't even showing up on the phone, but i see them in the outlook actually it looks like the Vermeer images i was using when i had my iphone aren't loading, but regular images are. anyways, for the regular images from the outlook sync to the phone, is there a way to get them clearer?

I could've sworn I saw the solution somewhere on these Desire pages but I've lost them. I'm trying to stop my pictures from becoming blurry after it has synced up with Google. Is there a way to do this or am I all out of luck?

Recently received my Incredible (FINALLY!). I synced my contacts from my old phone (Omnia i910) with google so I could download them onto the Inc. When I did, I also synced up some contacts with Facebook. But, it looks like several of the contact pics are blurry / pixelated. Some of them are the Facebook ones, while others are the Google synced ones. Anyone know how to fix this?

D1, running lithium mod I noticed that the camera images are really blurry when taking pics further than maybe a foot away. I flashed back to BB 0.4 and still have a problem. Anyone know what's going on, which ROM I should use and if there is a fix?

I have been trying to deal with the blurry images from the Eris's camera but enough is enough. Unless my subject is completely still for 10 seconds, my picture is looks blurry. Does anyone have this problem? Could I fix it in settings? I am currently using the 5 meg pixel setting.

For some reason on the main screen on my new htc desire hd the shortcut images of my contacts seem to be very blurry and hard to make out. Is there a setting to make it more clear, also my contacts list the pics down the side are blurry to. I am sure it was clearer on my other htc I had. Also when I scroll up and down on the main screen the icons seem to very slightly flicker
is this normal?

I have a MultiAutoCompleteTextView on my activity , the data for this view is provided by a adapter. There is a global theme for the app and applying this theme caused the drop down background of the MultiAutoCompleteTextView changed to white and text color is also white. To over come this problem I did the following to change the background of the drop down to black.The background of drop down is changed, but now when scrolling up and down , the items in drop down becomes blurry.

hello this is my first post, and i recently decided to update from 2.1 to 2.2, and i read somewhere where it said that after froyo update the contacts picture when receiving a call was not blurry anymore. Well when i first revived a call the picture came up Cristal clear but after a couple minutes all contact pictures were blurry again. is there a fix for that?

When I expand certain images in the browser (such as radar maps from NWS) the picture appears to be in focus for an instant and then goes a shade blurry. My search for this issue was a bit fruitless and I wondered if there was some fix or trick for this.

Just bought a Galaxy S3 from Cricket Wireless and everything works perfectly fine but when I go to use the camera the pictures are blurry and when I take a picture of a object that close like 3-4 inch away the picture is clear but if I want to take a picture of something else like a potrait or somthing mid range to far the picture is blurry like it doesn't want to focus. I tap the screen to try and focuses it and nothing happens.

Does anyone know why some contact pictures are blurry when they show up on caller i.d. and some aren't? Some of the pictures that are blurry are from facebook and from my pictures album. Although, not all facebook contacts come in blurry. some are perfect? This may sound like a small problem but an annoying one! Does anyone know why are how to fix this?

Recently I have noticed my contact pictures in my people widget and when someone calls me are rather blurry and out of focus, they weren't like this, just happened recently, I was wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and no how to correct it, without a hard reset. Have turned phone on and off, removed widget and put it back, looked in settings for some settings for pictures, nada, that I can find.
