When I go to the gallery and select a photo and hit the share button, I get a bunch of choices that I never use and probably never will. I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to get to the twitdroid. Does anyone know how to remove the "share" selections like peep, or picasa, or facebook. If you know a setting that I seem to be missing, please share.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently switched from iOS to Android (I have a Nexus 7 2013). I don't have a ton of photos but I want something similar to iTunes that will sync my photos on my PC with my tablet. I tried many options but eventually chose to install Picasa on my PC and sync my albums to web. Great, I thought, because now all my photos appear on my tablet and aren't taking up space on it. But now I'm having issues with the Facebook app. If I go into it and try to add a photo it only shows me my camera photos. If I go into the gallery app or Google+ Photos and try to share a photo, it gives me an error. It doesn't have this problem for any other app, I can easily add photos or share to Twitter or Instagram.

I am using Handcent.
After the picture resizes and I click send I initially get a message in the notification bar telling me that it was Unable to Deliver - Retrying.
This happens EVERY time, however, in some cases the picture/mms seems to go through while other times it doesn't. I check the delivery reports and there is no confirmation that these mms messages either get delivered or not.
Has anyone experienced this and is there a solution? Using the settings, I've decreased the default picture size and I increased the allowable size of the file able to be delivered. This hasn't made a difference.
I plan the weekend trip. My friend ask me to share the photo while trip. I can take the picture with my smartphone, and 3G internet connection is available on my phone. Is there a photo sharing application?

For example, even though I have sync for everything on my account turned off, my calendar still showed up on my wife's phone until I disabled it in the calendar app. Also, I can't remove my Google Talk account from her phone so my messages show up on her phone.
This is on a pair of stock Samsung Galaxy S3 phones.

I am working on the second version of my app that delivers news, in the comments section I used to use a listview to display user comments, but it doesn't work that great for comments that could be anywhere from 5 to 500+ characters long. So I want to create a whole bunch of TextViews in a scrollview and stack them below each other.
My best guess was this, although it is definitely wrong because it only shows one comment. I assume I have to use some kind of LayoutParams and so I've looked into it but am still not sure how exactly to use them.

I have a question regarding a feature that just seemed to disappear from Handcent SMS.
Before, when I composed a message in the app or using quick compose (long press search button), there would be a drop down list of possible choices when I began typing in the "To:" field. For example, if I typed "k", it would show names beginning with "k". But now the feature is gone and it really sucks when I want to compose a text.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is it Handcent's problem or a software problem (v2.1 bug?), and does anyone know how to fix it?
Just installed the new 2.2 updated from Verizon/Motorola and received a message that my Exchange account needed to Activate Device Administrator with a whole bunch of permissions. Anyone else see this, know what it is?

Suspected bluetooth getting "pressed" when stuffed in my purse - bur can't replicate (make it happen on purpose.)
Have tried changing settings - no luck.
Something about putting Droid & bluetooth in purse makes 6 redials +++ happen.

What is particularly annoying is that, when doing this, it seems to automatically use whichever Gmail account I was viewing last. Am I missing something, or is this just a missing feature in Android?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI snatch this pic from the web and want to use it as a background. But since its a rather close up shot, when applying to wallpaper we are forced with this crop thingy. Its sucks cause it will not let me select the entire picture which results in a zoomed in image on the background instead of a zoomed out entire pic.
Is there a way around this? I tried making the pic smaller but when it hits the N1 the cropping portion is the same.
The most irritating feature of touch based systems I think is when you are scrolling and you touch a link and it goes there when you only wanted to continue scrolling is there a way to make it require two taps to open a link.

These are my own shots taken with a DSLR, they are printed and hanging and I used my Captivate to photograph them off the wall. The first one I instantly re-tagged because I didn't realize the exact name of what I photographed.
