When I select a person from my favorites widget, many times it shows phone numbers for a different person in my favorites list. If I go back and re-select, it usually will show the correct info. But not always.

I think this has been posted before but I haven't found an answer yet. I'm using the one-day calender widget. When I have an all day event, it shows the wrong date. For instance, I have a all day event on the 18th; today is the 16th and it's showing the event as being tomorrow.
Anyone else have this problem and find a fix yet?
I'm affraid I'll show up at the wrong place a day early or a day late...
I know there have been sporadic complaints of random things happening (or not happening) since the update this week. So far, I myself haven't had any complaints, but I just noticed that if I get a call WHILE I'm on a call, only the phone number of the new caller shows up, and none of their contact info. I remember the phone showing me everything before, i.e. name/caller ID photo etc. Is anyone else having this problem or find a way to fix it? I don't think I've reset it by turning it off and pulling the battery yet, not that I know that would do any good, and I'm not doing a factory reset. I've got a ton of apps I'd rather not lose.
View 21 Replies View RelatedIn my gmail account in my browser (desktop computer), I go to contacts and I see one entry for myself. It has all the info I want in it (I just added my address).When I go to my droid and find myself in the contact list, I see several sections that begin with "from blah@gmail.com" where it's my email address.Why isn't it only one big section instead of looking like it found my contact info multiple times in my gmail account requiring multiple sub-sections? How come I don't see my address in any of these sub-sections?
View 3 Replies View RelatedAs I remember the issue got started from my fault about wipping my battery state. my battery never charged to 100%.I tought I can solve this by wiping when it's fully charged(99%).so I charge my phone to 99% and wipped.but after that my charge percentage got wrong.for example it shows 50%,but it gets off bcoz of low battery.or I plug my charger when it's at 30%.it jumps to 90%rapidly.I have changed my rom.but no results.I tought maybe it's from relation of hardware(battery)and software(ROM) data.so I decide to try my idea.
My idea was:wipe and format all things at recovery.draining battery to 0%(by entering the downloading mode and remaining to it untill phone gets off)then pluging it to charger and let it fully charged.and then odin and installing a ROM.but I have wiped and formated all ghings.but when I plug the charger now a battery icon appears on the screen,but it doesn't get green as it is charging.

I am in India. I tried to order the Google Nexus 4 from the Google Play Store using my office machine, which connects to the net using a US proxy. However, I cancelled my order later. Now the Play Store on my current phone shows all US content and I am forbidden from installing India only apps. The country in my Google Account still shows India and so does my address in Google Wallet (I had deleted the US addresses that I had obtained from a package forwarding service).

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a video converter that converts some WMV/MOV/MPG files to H264 video formats. And, I am transferring these H264 videos to Motorola Droid device. These transferred videos are playing fine on device. However, when I check the video properties, it is has "Bitrate" as 0 KBPS. Whereas for the same video, the bitrate is displayed properly on PC.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have one GMail account synced to my EVO. When I open up 'People' all my contacts I added through GMail are there. Looks great.
However, when I go to the Favorites widget and click + to add a contact to the widget, I get a list of pretty much everyone I've ever sent an email to through my GMail account. I only want my real contacts to show up there, I don't need the dude listed there that I sold my blender to on Craigslist from 5 years ago.
Anyone know how to remove or reorganize the widget for favorites?

View 7 Replies View RelatedI entered a friend into my contact list and added him to my Favorites widget. I want to remove him from my favorites widget now, but not from my contacts list. How do I do this? It keeps deleting the entire contact. I've edited the contact and removed him from Favorites group and I've gone into People, Groups, & removed the contact from Favorites but when I go to my contact list, he doesn't show up anymore. Why?! If I go to the Favorites widget and add a new favorite then the contact shows up again. But if I just open up people and scroll down-no contact showing up!

When you got to People and then to Favorites and long press a contact, the only options are:
- Call Mobile
- Edit Contact
- Delete Contact
- Send contact as vCard
I don't see the "default action" inside the edit contact menu. Those were the steps providing in the ERIS forum and it seemed to work for ERIS users, however, I don't see any such option in the Incredible.
I just got the HTC EVO and I have the favorites widget. Well, it asked me to assign a default action to each person such as call, bring up contact info, or email. I accidentally assigned "email" to one of my favorites, and now whenever I press her, it wants to send her an email. How do I change what I set as her default action?

View 3 Replies View RelatedSo a colleague of mine picked up the Droid Eris and while I find the Sense UI a bit heavy - I did love the look of the desktop widget that manages favorites from dialer on screen as a speed dial. Have been searching in Market for a couple of days and don't find! Searched here and only find instructions for adding shortcuts to contacts onto the desktop (which I guess could work, but doesn't look anywhere near as cool!). Anyone heard of anything good?

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have two EVOs at home (mine and the wifes) and both have the same problem, the weather app is set to use the gps location yet it returns the wrong location. The location isn't just off a little bit either, it reports our location as being a city over 160 miles away. I find sometimes the gps reports the location wrong in the maps as well. Is there a way to calibrate the how, and is anyone else experiencing this issue? It doesn't seem to be signal problem as I am in a strong 4g location and when off of 4g always on 3g.

View 7 Replies View RelatedDoes anybody else have this problem? My Calendar widget that comes with Android (Calendar) has been synched with my google calendar, but it only shows events for tomorrow, and even sends notifications for those events a full day early.
Example:
Today is Feb 11th. I have an event today (we'll call it A) and an event tomorrow (we'll call it B)
The calendar widget has a blue bar across the top that says "Thu 11" This is correct! Below that it has a white field that says
"Feb 12
Event B"
If I click on the widget it takes me to today's page in the calendar application, the 11th which shows me today's event.
How can I get my calendar widget on the front page to show me what is happening TODAY and give me notifications for it TODAY?
That shows a battery with the percent inside it, also below it says if the battery is "good" and on the left shows its temp and other info.

But no one seems to show all notifications for example: whatsapp, facebook, plume, dropbox, rummified (game) and all other status bar notifications. i would like an app that shows all messages from the status bar on widget locker.
