My ipod, palm pre, and treo earphones dont fit properly on my evo. Can someone let me know which earphones actually fit. Links would be awesome, and I would really like to pay no more than $20 because I just want to listen to music.

I need a pair of good earphones under US $50 (~ AED 150) to use with my Desire. I know there are a couple of threads for this, but they all recommend expensive ones.I've never shopped for earphones before, have always used the ones supplied with the devices. So what do I have to look for? The stock earphones are not great for noisy environments, so I would like something with noise isolation.

Cannot find where to tell the phone that it is actually mistaken and the earphones are not connected. Could this be that the port is damaged?

I was listening to music, and did not like the fact that when I had a notification, or someone called the phone's speaker would sound along with my earphones. The sound would be 'hollow' unless you held the middle button (call answering button) on the earphones. Is this an OS limitation?I just bought UE triple.fi 10vi, and I'm wondering if they would work.. they are kind of costly.. so.. I'm just hoping that the s4i was an odd-off case.

View 4 Replies View RelatedEverytime I start any audio or video there seems to be a pop sound that occurs. It's louder if I happen to pause a track and then resume playing it again. It's still there even if I use my own earphones as well, so I'm thinking it's the handset. It doesn't happen with the speaker, only the 3.5mm jack. I was just wondering if it was a common issue or a problem just with my handset.

I have a Galaxy S3. I download music from iTunes and sync it on my S3 using WMP. The thing is, once the songs are on my phone, they will not play through my earphones but through the speakers instead. It does that only with the songs purchased on iTunes. In my car, iTunes songs play through the car speakers but at a very low volume, even if both the volume in the car and on the phone are at max. Now what to do?

View 3 Replies View RelatedUp until last week, I was using my original samsung earphones and some Philips earphones in my phone to listen to music without a problem in nearly 18 months.
Then I bought some Adidas Sennheiser earphones and plugged them in and now I can't hear the vocals and the music sounds tinny. I then put my samsung ones back in and same problem, even though they were working perfectly fine up until last week. Now any headphones I put in are not working properly but they work in other peoples phones and in my pc. I don't want to have to get a new phone. There must be a reason why they worked one day then as soon as put in the Adidas ones something changed. I have checked all the settings on the phone, have looked at heaps of blogs on the net and here, tried the WD40 on a cotton tip, tried cleaning out the headphone jack, tried pushing the headphones in all the way, tried turning off, taking out battery, turning off and on while headphones were in.
I have noticed a hissing noise when I play any music/videos via any earphones, this happens when volume is below half way and audio effects is turned on. any solutions?
