What the heck are all the screen shots stored on the phone for? Are they on the SD card or on the phone itself? How on earth do I get rid of them and stop them from saving on my phone? I cant find the file?

View 10 Replies View RelatedUsing Handscent. (However, have same problem with the supplied "Message" app). I get the texts fine....but he photos attached won't download. I get a notification that the "Message was not downloaded"...under that it says: "Generic Network Failure". I've seen a number of posts on various forums about this...but can't find a fix. Predictably, Sprint's suggestion is to do a hard reset. (They act as if that's no big deal...seems to me that it will take a long time to get my device put back together the way it is). BTW: Have tried to access texts via 3g rather than Wi-Fi, etc. Lately, it has been one thing after the other with the EVO.

I took it to the Verizon store yesterday and they told me that it is a known issue with the phone, and they are working on corrective software to solve the problem. Anyone else have the same issue ? (They wanted to do a hard reset which I declined).

The default is that new pictures are all the way at the bottom, and since I have over a hundred pictures its annoying to scroll all the way to the bottom. Download unsuccessful - Cannot Download. The content is not supported on the phone.
After looking into this it became apparent that the PHP Magic, that handles the downloads from the website, recognises the file as a .zip file rather then a .apk file and sends the it a .zip, that the phone does not recognise.
Does anyone know a way to get PHP Magic to recognise the file as an apk so that file extension does not get changed and the phone can recognise it?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm just trying to transfer the pictures I've taken on the Droid X so far to my PC. However, when I plug the phone into my laptop (via provided USB cable), the only two options I get are:
Install Motorola Driver
Open Folder to View Files
Okay, should be the second option. But when I click on this (Open Folder), the only folder options I get are things like: Autorun, Config, Setup, etc.). No "folders" per se.
Anyone know how to take continuous pictures without seeing the picture? My iPhone could take one after the other is there a way to get it to just shoot one after the other in a row? I tried continuous mode but it only let me take 2 photos total. sometimes you need lots of shots fast.Maybe theres another app or way to do this.

Computer runs windows 7 64bit so VZ Cast or what ever it's called won't work. How do I set up an HTC sync? I also want to be able to do drag and drop. I was able to do this in the past; however, I reimaged my computer and now I can't.
View 4 Replies View Relatedjust noticed this recently when I decided to change my wallpaper, luckily I have back ups of these pictures. but when I load an image on the SD card from my PC and then when the phone reloads the card it will delete all the data within the file. I even tried renaming the directory to see if this will resolve the issue but it doesn't the phone still continues to destroy the file. it will destroy images from zedge as well. it does preserve a few files that were loaded by scanner or by the camera. so those are the only ones still viewable. this is a rooted phone fyi not sure if it matters in this case. I discovered the problem with vanilla rom, and then swapped back to eris2.1official. phone still does it.
