Is there anyway to pay for more current books? I know you can download the free books right from the software but I'd like to be able to buy more current books. Also, I'd like them in the .epub format so I can also transfer them to my Sony E-Reader.

i am new here. I have a few questions about the Aldiko App. I just downloaded this app. 1) All all the books you download free? 2) Do you get the Entire book? 3) Are new books available on this app?. If so are they free?

I like the prices that Amazon and Barnes & Noble offer for their ebooks but I think they are in a proprietary format. I guess my question is, where is a good place to purchase epub books at a reasonable price?

Now I am unable to get the apk for this software. This was custom made by Karbonn folks so I can not get it in Google Play store.

I can't find it in the marketplace. Not when I search for "Kobo," not when I search for "e-reader" or "ereader." And way too much comes up when I search for "e-book" or "ebook" (tons of individual ebooks come up).
Some other users of Android Forum have posted comments about the Kobo eReader, but I just can't seem to locate it.
I feel like an idiot for asking this but, I got some ebooks on my computer, and was wondering how do I get them into my evo 4g?
View 5 Replies View RelatedThere are many books in the Android Market that I'd like to buy for my Aldiko reader, but I need to know that there's a good way to back them up. I used my ES File Manager to look for the books but there is no ebook folder or aldiko folder. These are drm-free books.
View 8 Replies View RelatedBefore I upgraded to 2.2 I had to find a lot of memory space on my phone. I deleted and number of applications including Aldiko. I had only two books on that; just started using it. One I was reading, a download from Project Gutenberg, and the other, an epub, book was next in line. However when I reinstalled Aldiko, after the upgrade, the book I was reading is there but the epub book is not. The epub book is on /sd card/Import but when I ask Aldiko to import it says nothing found. How can I get Aldiko to import my book?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI keep a shortcut to the Calendar on my home screen. With 1.5 I was always annoyed that the shortcut had a 28 (or somesuch) date on it. I really wanted it to be dynamic so the shortcut always had the correct date. On Sunday when I got my 2.1 upgrade, I was so happy to see that the calendar shortcut had the correct date, the 15th. I was bummed to find out that it was a concidence. The correct date was only displayed because it happend to be be the 15th. Today, on the 17th, it still says 15 on my shortcut.
