I was in a B&N today and tried to use the free wifi.I was unable to connect with either the default browser or Dolphin.The browser redirected ok, but when I tapped on the connection options link in the page header necessary to log on, nothing happened. Every other link on the B&N page was active.In my WM days, I was only able to log on with IE. Opera, Opera Mini, Iris and Skyfire would never redirect.Once logged on, all browsers would function just fine.Anyone here have success logging into B&N's wifi?Is there some setting I'm missing?

Does anyone know if the Barnes and Noble book reader will work on the Android system? I only see downloads for Iphone and Blackberry, yet somewhere on their site it says it works on Android.

I've sent dozens of e-mails to Barnes and Noble support asking for them to make their ereader available for Android. I couldn't understand what was taking so long, since the nook is an Android device (that has, in fact, been rooted!).Finally, it's here and available in the Market: nook for Android - Barnes*&*Noble.I posted this thread before downloading the app, because I was so excited that it's finally here. I have to say, it's HUGE --about 30MB, which is why I promptly moved it to my SD card (which you can only do if you're rooted and running an apps2sd compatible ROM or Froyo ROM).

General :: Karbonn ST8 EReader APK

I have bought the Karbonn ST8 a few days back. While doing a Factory reset I have lost some application. One of which I use a lot, it was EReader. Now I am unable to get the apk for this software. This was custom made by Karbonn folks so I can not get it in Google Play store.

Is there anyway to pay for more current books? I know you can download the free books right from the software but I'd like to be able to buy more current books. Also, I'd like them in the .epub format so I can also transfer them to my Sony E-Reader.

Samsung Moment :: Kobo EReader For Android - Find & Download?

Have any of you fellow Samsung Moment owners located the new Koba eReader app in the Android Marketplace, and dowloaded it?

I can't find it in the marketplace. Not when I search for "Kobo," not when I search for "e-reader" or "ereader." And way too much comes up when I search for "e-book" or "ebook" (tons of individual ebooks come up).

Some other users of Android Forum have posted comments about the Kobo eReader, but I just can't seem to locate it.
