HTC Desire :: How To Transfer AVI Movie From Computer And Watch It On Phone?
Jun 17, 2010I have .avi movie files on my PC. I want to put them onto my desire and watch them. I don't know how to do this from start to finish, can some please explain each step and where to put the files on the phone memory, as I dont see a movie folder?
I also don't see an option in menu section for video or movie? With my samsung it was easy, as the PC studio software left you drag and drop movies in, it converted them, and then went straight into the phones movie folder. Desire seems very different?

Nov 3, 2010Has anybody heard and/or know of any information regarding a Mobile Netfilx instant movie watch app?The reason I am asking; is my friends who own the Iphone 4, and I always have that "Look what my phone can do" competition.Well today, he was finally able to out do my Evo, I think.He was able to pull up netfilx via an app, and watch instant watch movies. So I finally had to admit defeat in our phone fight.Now I dont know if I was "Defeated" due to the lack of knowing how to view Netflix instant Watch movies on my phone, or if the EVO is currently not capable of supporting that service.I also read that Hulu will soon be available for the Android Market.

Can anyone recommend a good site for this? Also, I see some of them offer to download in ipod or DivX (not sure what DivX even is) formats. Jul 9, 2010I'm on 2.2 bugless beast .4 right now. Tonight I was transfering a movie to my phone via usb. Long story short, I needed to cancel the transfer in the middle and remove my phone. Now my phone is freezing like mad, and I absolutely can't connect to my computer (not to mention that freezes it completely.) Removing the SD card seems to help, but not much. Anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this?
