View 39 Replies View RelatedMaybe this has been discussed, but i don't remember reading it. I've been clearing out my cache regularly to free up memory. But it never occurred to me to delete MMS messages. I just freed up 10 MB of internal memory by deleting MMS messages. I deleted entire threads, and in some cases, individual MMS messages (pictures and videos), because i didn't want to loose the whole thread.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI love the ERIS and have had it since late November. Over the last few weeks it has been lagging really bad. I have been so busy at work and home that I have not had time to try and get it back to working correctly.
Right now my up time is 32:09:02
Awake Time is 6:25:17 (20%)
I plugged it in to the computer and it is showing 6.89 gb free out of 7.39gb. Anyone have any ideas?
If there anyway to do it other than pda net? im on a mac running 10.4 and they only support 10.5+.

I have the Eris, but I can't make hands free calls with my BlueTooth ear piece? What am I missing? Does this cell works with hands free? I thought ALL phones are required to have this to work? Can someone please provide some input on this. which device would work with this cell.

If you have the phone connected to a handsfree bluetooth system in a car and are also using the phone to play music via an aux input through the headphone jack will they both work? I am just wondering if the bluetooth connectivity will override the fact that you have something plugged into the headphone jack. I will be able to try this in a couple weeks when i get my car back, but wasjust curious if anyone else already has tried it.

The "free space" number that is in ABout Phone, or in many many system tools type apps is misleading, because that is a combination of the app space and the working memory space. Since Linux loads that up to be more efficient, it will almost always show some relatively low number (30-40MB in my case) as long as the phone has been turned on for some time. In reality, I only have 35MB of apps installed on my phone, so I have plenty of room, it is just hard to tell. So far, the only place I can find that info is on the web-based side of appbrain. Is there any on-phone location where I would be able to get that info? (Short of actually adding up all my apps' sizes by hand?)

While my phone was charging I looked at andriod system info and Internal memory = 65% max:159.5 free:103.91 SDcard 99% max:7572 free:7507 RAM 35% max:191 free:68 I rebooted and it improved, but when I checked on it a few min later it had gone down again.NO apps running (well except for Android system info), no task killer installed, haven't done a factory re-set in a few months.the only apps I have installed are:Facebook for android
