Google Play Console Deleted APK File?

I am unable to publish my Android app on Google Play because the APK file has apparently been deleted from my console. I uploaded all of the screenshots and other things required for publication. I uploaded the APK file first. I now have no way to upload a replacement APK file and cannot upload a later version either. When I click the "publish" button I get an error message saying that the app will be available to zero devices because the APK file is not present. I suppose I can change the name of the APK file and upload it as a new app but I can't think of a better name than the one I picked already.
I did try to upgrade my original APK file with a newer version before publishing my original APK file. I wasn't allowed to do this and this might have caused the deletion but I don't know.

I have a rooted Samsung s6102 and I unistalled the google play store using linktosd thinking I can reinstall it on memory Card, but then I downloaded it and tried to install it. it installed but on opening it errors "force Close" I have tried many versions of it and it still doesnt work comes up with error "Force Clsose" I think it has to be installed in system. I don't know how to do this. In the meantime I have reset factory settings but still no sign of google play. I'm afraid link2sd must have deleted the relevant files. I also wiped cash memory but.........

I've searched and searched and searched. I've found answers, but everytime I go to the link to download the google apps portion of CM6, it says the file was deleted. Am I missing something?I just flashed CM6, love it, but I need the market, etc

I want to go to google play store on my computer and get the file. But when I click install it just kind of lets me open the program on my device, but I want the installation file on my PC. I don't see an option for that.

I deleted something in TB and I'm not sure what but it's needed for Google Play. It says the app stopped unexpectedly. I installed the latest Google Play apk and that didn't fix it either.

My interest in more space got me to the apps2sd+ faq from this forum. I rooted my phone yesterday with unrevoked and, assumed it could install this ROM for me

But this is a zip file, unrevoked does only img files. I don't understand how to install the ROM from xda-developers.com, or the mods. The forum said install in recovery, how? When I tried to format partition my SD card, from ROM manager, the phone reboots into this recovery console thing, now what? When I reboot my phone out of there, nothing has happened to my SD card.

I'm trying to write test harness for part of my Android mapping application.
I would like to run the test as a Java console app under Eclipse. The only Google maps class that I require is a GeoPoint. I've included the maps.jar in the build path and imported the com.google.android.maps.GeoPoint so it compiles OK but generates a runtime error of: "The JAR of this class file belongs to container 'Google APIs[Android2.1 - update1]' which does not allow modifications to source attachments on its entries".
Is it possible to use this jar in a console app, and if so how?

I accidentally deleted the AndroidManifest.xml from the Package Explorer panel. The file still exists intact in the original directory but I cant find any option in the Eclipse ide that seems to be for restoring it. I thought it might be 'Import' but manifest isnt one of the types on offer. Can anyone suggest how I can get the file into the package?

Can I keep apps deleted from Play Store if I format my device?
I have a great app that I can't find anymore in the play store, and not just from my device it's just GONE, though I can find several copycats but none are as good as the original. The thing is, I want to format my cell but I don't want to lose this app. Is there a way to copy the app to my pc and reinstall it after I formated my device?

I went into recovery and moved the VV.apk and other file to an app.disabled directory on my phone, the issue is that the icon is still in the apps section? Any reason you guys could think of as to why? Actually now that I click on it it for some reason takes me to MMS messages and the icon is just called voicemail. Can I get rid of that icon as I use google voice?

Recently I've been having an issue with Google Play Music where when I play a song, it plays for a second then pauses, so I have to press play to get it going again. This occurs repetitively which means I can't listen to music.
It happens on songs that are being streamed and on songs that are on the device.
Funnily enough, if the song is played through ES file explorer and the little play music popup window comes up, it plays fine.
I've got this issue on both my devices, a tf101 running 4.3 and a nexus 5 with stock 4.4 rooted.
Edit: just remembered, I've also got this issue with MX Player and videos. I can't figure out what's wrong.
Streamed videos played through the gallery video player work fine.

OK the system folder was deleted on the Impression 10. It boots but gets hung on the "Impression" logo. I hook it up to the computer, the computer recognzes it but I cannot access the files on both the SD Card nor the internal memory. Android Commander and ADB cannot access it. I have the stock system image file from leader, I also backed-up my system folder. how I can push the files from the computer to the tablet or is it too far gone?

I sent a snapchat on accident without saving it, and it was one I meant to save. I really want to find it, but I can't seem to figure out how to open the nomedia file.
I plugged my phone into my computer and found all the snapchat files, and I read that you can just delete .NOMEDIA from the name and it turns it to a JPEG and opens it. The one I want to open is:
h1a81hurcs00h1380872338543.jpg.nomedia
Certainly enough, when I rename it without the nomedia, it recognizes it as a JPEG, but when I open it with windows photo viewer, it can't open it. It says the file may be damaged/corrupted/wrong file type.

2 days ago I tried to update my aunts sensation xl and told her that it is better to update its ROM from 2.3.5 to 4.0.3. So i created a google account in phone and added it in order to sync contacts....and after 2 hours, I thought that it has been synced...After upgrading device to ICS, and adding the previous account that i made before upgrading, I was waiting for contacts to restore, but nothing happend.. I opened the gmail account on PC and saw that there was no contacts. So the only way for me to restore the contacts is to find a way to restore them from Phone device. So,is there any software, either on phone or PC, to restore contacts from phone? or is there a way to have access to root folders and files of phone on PC to use a recovery program to restore "Contacts.db" file that was erased while flashing ICS?

I deleted (accidentally) some system files, and then nothing happened, but i hit the restore or backup from setting and it went fine untill the loading screen, i mean it shut down then the first loading image fine and the next one doesn't load my system.. i accidentaly deleted the lib folder in system and i did not make any backup and now my Note 2 is stuck in a boot loop. When i tried to flash stock 4.1.2 it failed in the odin and on the phone it said unsuported version.
