I'm looking for a weather widget that will take up half a screen (4x2). It'll show me a 5 day forecast for an area and show other areas I have chosen at the touch of a button.
Think similar to the Facebook widget where I touch a small arrow and the next City comes up.

Anyone know of a 4x2 or 4x1 email widget? Am using a htc Desire and while the htc widget is fine I'm looking for one that does not fill up the whole screen.

I downloaded dashclock, added the weather widget extension, and enabled dashclock in dynamic notification options. But nothing shows up on my dynamic notification screen.

Preferably it could be refreshed manually so that the battery isn't constantly crushed, however even finding an app with a desktop radar widget would be great. New to Android, won a Samsung Galaxy Tab at an office party a couple weeks ago.
View 2 Replies View RelatedJust wondering if anyone else is experiencing a problem with the full screen weather widget where when you scroll to it it says "Loading Data" then goes completely blank and then cant do anything with it. Removing the widget and re-adding makes it work again a reboot also brings it back to life for a couple of seconds but then goes blank. Clicking on the weather picture on the clock still brings up the details weather screen.

View 12 Replies View RelatedJust me or is anyone elses weather way off, its 2:05am right now in Minneapolis, MN and it says "sunny" and 57 which it obviously is not. I tried other locations from Chicago, to Miami, to San Diego and they all say sunny or cloudy when the sun obviously is not out in any of these cities, then I tried tokyo where it is 2pm rigtht now and it says "clear" with the moon picture and it obviously cannot be dark if its 2pm, so what is wrong with my weather widget.

View 4 Replies View RelatedSo since the 2.1 OTA my weather widget will display the city, but no weather icon. if i sync it manually, it will show up. with 1.5 it would update every 3 hours, regardless if i had Background data on or off (i normally keep it off).
so now with 2.1 it wont sync unless i have BG data on, or do it manually. any way around this?
It just says 'my location' on the home screen, shows the time but not the weather.

If I click on the clock and load it, I can then click on the clock and it will load the weather screen, updated and all...but it still refuses to load it on the home screen with the time. Happened a few days after froyo update. How can I get the weather back as part of the clock widget??

Mine worked for a day and now I get the location but no weather update.
All other locations display all info fine.
Im in Australia on Vodafone - although from the previous mentioned thread seems to be software related rather than carrier location
So I got the 2.2 Update. If I try adding the News & Weather widget, the weather is always wrong. Always has the sun on all night and temperature is wrong too. I checked all options of course, should work fine. Has anyone else encountered this?

It also used to update the weather every hour and show a sun in the day and a moon at night but now even at 12 at night it still shows the sun. It keeps saying when i refresh weather info unavailable. IS anyone else having this problem? This just started happening yesterday morning prior to that i had no problems with it. I have beautiful widgets currently, but it doesn't show the full screen animations like she likes (windshield wipers if it is raining, bright sunlight when sunny, etc.).
I m not sure why I got this app if I don't know what it does. But I did because I have the free version and it told me to upgrade. By the way what was the extra charge for a dollar. Was that just an authorization that will drop off.

There is no widget per se. I have to access it in the app drawer.
When I set a certain clock nothing happens. So I expected it to be the clock for either Beautiful Widgets or Beautiful Superclock

I bought a new droid for $20 haha lucky i think until i notice that the touch screen only works for the middle of the screen to the left so if yu cut the screen into thirds only the middle and left work assuming that yu cut it from top to bottom with the lights at the bottom for the home button etc. I opened it up cleaned all the flex cable with alcohol and waited for it to dry and it still does the same thing so my question is = do i need a new digitizer or is it a software problem or something that i dont even know?
