how to get working the games with SD Data. when i extract game on my SD Card, i install apk and i have the data folder, after when i start the game, it ask me to download SD Data through Wifi connection?

i recently bought a gt-s5830i and i thought it was the same as the s5830 but then i found out that most games that work on the s5830 won't work on the s5830i because it has different firmware wich uses aot of ram and my question is , if i have a lite custom rom for the s5830i can i make those games work ?

View 5 Replies View RelatedNot possible with Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.4. The only way is to use Titanium Backup, and better than that, Nandroid Backup. You can as well extract data from a Nandroid backup with Titanium Backup.
I have a Nexus S and I wonder if, with the option Settings -> Accounts and sync -> Background data & Auto-sync & Manage accounts (sync is on) the settings and savegames are automatically stored "on the cloud", let it be my Google account or similar, because I don't have a rooted phone and don't want to do that to preserve warranty.

i bought samsung galaxy s wifi 5.0 with 8 GB ram on SD and 32GB on external SD i downloaded games like MC 3 GT racing backstab and asphalt 6 but my SD memory is not enough for this apps (and another apps) how i can move the data files of the games to external SD and still play theme?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI currently have an iPhone 5S, SGS4 and HTC One and share a single sim card between all three phones.
In my home country my SIM card is able to access data on all 3 phones with no problem.
However, when I go abroad and use data roaming, only the iPhone is able connect, both android phones are unable to connect at all.
I checked the APN settings and all seem to be correct.
After recently re-flshing my device, the 3g/mobile data no longer works.
The mobile network works and im able to make calls, but the data doesnt (all switched on).
Phone is THL W8S running latest v1.0.6 firmware.
I was sitting in a van/car when my phone fell out of my pants and onto the pavement. It was about a 3 feet fall. At first my phone seemed to be ok. There wasn't any scratches or cracks because it landed flat the screen facing up. But maybe about an hour later a small part of the screen was beginning to become dark. This dark area continued to get bigger after a couple of hours and by the end of the day the screen was completely "blacked out".
And silly me was too ocuppied playing with a guitar I had just bought instead of thinking about backing up or copying my important data from my phone, like pictures and notes etc. So later when I plugged my phone into my computer, I found out that I couldn't access the phones files like I would do on Hardisk taken from i.e. a laptop. When I go to Computer on Windows and look for my phone which is appearing as GT-I9100 as a camera and when I click on it says folder is empty. So I realized that I might not be able to get my data from my phone in case I get a new phone from the dealer.
I'm not very familiar with Android devices but I'm wondering if it's because I have a screen lock password that I can't get to the data on my phone?
PS - I'm thinking this is one those classic examples of, "You should have backed up everything on your phone everyday" scenario. Luckly I have most the pictures on my phone transferred to my computer already.
I'm a SGS2 owner on T-Mobile and a university student. Yesterday morning my phone anomylously deregistered itself from my network, displaying the error message "Not registered on network" whenever I attmpted to make a call.
I phoned Samsung and T-Mobile and resolved the issue by a 'Network Refresh' and manually registering the phone to T-Mobile. I registered manually and had the phone working hours before I got the text from my NSP telling me that I had recieved a network refresh. About which time I noticed that my 3G was not connecting, and has yet to establish a connection today.

After I restart my device, some apps stops working, when I clikc them, it says unfortunately, the app XXX stopped working.. with no report option.Also, some apps that still working, their data just get reset.. like I have never opened them..
I tried a factory reset and flashing new jellybean version (4.1.2) but I am still having this problem.. tell me whats happening? It's like the device is not loading the apps after restart or what exactly?
The problem is that, the MMS is disabled during being in roaming and having data switched off. Is there a way to make MMS messages working while the Internet data is switched off ?

View 3 Replies View RelatedIn short, certain games will just stop playing sounds after a short period until I've forced-closed the program in question with a task killer. For example - Robo Defense Force, I can play with sounds on all day. Retro Defense on the other hand, the sounds will cut out in less than 5 minutes after booting up. I'll lose one turret's noise after another until I'm playing a silent game. Once that has happened, leaving the app and restarting it does nothing - I have to force close the app to get the sounds back. Is this an app problem or some underlying issue with my phone and/or settings?

Originally, a week or so ago, i was receiving the Push Notifications. Now it is NOT sending a notification, on either v1.0.3 or v1.0.4. And yes, the Push Notification is check marked.
I have 2 friends that have the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S model and are getting their notification when i play a word against them. One has v1.0.3 and the other v1.0.4.

Can anyone point me to it, or tell me if they have been able to get Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure to work? It may be the ROM I'm trying, but I can't seem to get the game to work.
Also, I have not tried the PSX emulator, but am thinking about buying it. Can anyone with it try Pitfall 3D for me and see how that runs?
"No Internet connection currently available would you like to try again" My wifi connection works fine but the game refuses to download the required files. Are there any workaround hacks that i could try.
View 4 Replies View RelatedSo they finally allowed the PSX4Droid to be released on the marketplace and I've tried out 5 ROMS. Post what you've tried and what works so we can all know what to download. Here's what I tried:
Oddworld Abe's Oddyssey - trailing images, background messed up. Sound is good, video images at beginning work great. Trailing images and background are disappointing.
Oddworld Abe's Exoddus - same as the first one.
Crash Bandicoot 2 - images ok, sound great but verrrry laggy.
Need for Speed III Hot Pursuit - flawless from what I experienced. Sound great, images great, video great.
Metal Gear Solid - most disappointing. Loads fine, goes to the menu, you select your difficulty....blank. I've tried from 2 rom sites. No dice.
Overall experience, disappointing. There really needs to be an update so these roms can work properly.
Please tell me someone is working on a port of The Incredible Machine. This was one of my favorite games. Anyone have any ideas?

On the previous Droid, i had Homerun Battle 3D installed and got a lot of milestones completed/gold balls and built up my pitcher. When i installed my bought game from the market on my new Droid, it is having me start all the way over from the beginning! Nothing transferred over. Is there a way to transfer this info over?
