View 9 RepliesI have this game in my N4 but i want reset the game... I tried uninstall of course and clean SD files but when a reinstall, my savegame is there again
I think that is a file in "system" because when I wipe and update phone... I lost game progress so is inside phone, but where?
I want to flash some custom rom on my one x. I really like "Simpsons: tapped out" I'd like to continue playing it. My problem is, that I'm not sure if a Nandroid backup will be enough, since the game is syncing all the time and I don't know where the data is saved. transferring this app to another rom??? What do I need to do??? Is it even possible to properly backup this game?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a puzzle game with a 7x7 grid of graphics, and a timer, its just about ready to go. But I am stuck on how to go about saving/continuing game. For example when someone exits I want them to be able to save and exit, then come back and click continue to pick up where they left off with all of the graphics in the right place, timer and score. I looked at onSaveInstanceState android examples, but not sure if this is what I need or how to implement it in my case.

I recently got an ipad and was wondering if there was a way to transfer my game save for injustice to it from my android phone so I don't have to start all over again.
View 4 Replies View RelatedCurrently, I have a Thunderbolt, but I'm planning on buying a Galaxy Nexus whenever that becomes available. Thing is, I have a few games I'm playing, and while I know I can simply redownload the games from the market on my new phone, is there any way I can also transfer the save data? I don't want to have to start all the way at the beginning, with games like Angry Birds, Cut The Rope, Symphony of Eternity, etc.
For what it's worth, my phone is not rooted.
Is there a save game editor for the FF IV? You have editors for FF Dimension and FF III listed in here. I don't seem to find editor for FF IV?

I accidentally overwritten the game in titanium backup
If I do a factory reset is there a way to keep my apps? Or when I re-add my accounts will they automatically come back?
Is there a way to save them on an sd-card
I have a Galaxy S4 (rooted) and just bought a Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 (Afraid to root because I don't want to loose warranty)
I restored all my apps on my tablet but all my Angry Birds, Plants vs Zombies and all other game data is missing from the tablet.
First, is there a way to restore this game data to the tablet WITHOUT root?
Preferably, I would like to seamlessly sync the game data between the 2 devices. It would be great to play a level of any game on my phone and then pick up at the same spot on my tablet. Is this possible?
Is there a way i can backup my current game progress and continue after reflashing my rom...
View 1 Replies View RelatedBasically I just want to have an app which opens the Contact associated with that e-mail when someone taps on an e-mail address.I know this would overwrite the function of Compose (if it is already selected), so the best option would be for this app to give two option.
Tap on email (in email to, sender, email body, or website, etc..)Window pops up and has two options
-- CONTACTS
when Contact selected, it opens the contact in View mode so we can see contact details.
-- COMPOSE
when Compose is selected, it opens list of e-mail apps (OR if a default is selected already, runs that app)
I am an IT Tech trying to work out a problem with a customers Android Tablet. The brand is something I've never heard of called a 'Gemini'.
Anyway, the onscreen keyboard doesn't activate when a type/search field has been tapped on the screen.
The OS is Android 4.1.1
He's other tablet which is the same works, but the screen is cracked so he bought another one of these hideous unresponsive pieces of crap.
So if i ever had to reboot or something so I don't have to buy it again.

View 6 Replies View RelatedHow can I save my texts before I do a hard reset?
View 4 Replies View RelatedOnce again, I must do a hard reset on my Samsung Moment. I love and hate this phone! My calls started randomly going directly to voice mail, then they all went directly to voice mail. Yesterday I couldn't make or receive any calls! They got that fixed today with a reprogram process, BUT, now I cannot connect to the Internet!
How do I forward/save, whatever, my text messages? Can I save them somehow to the SD card and remove it? Can I forward them to my email (without using the Internet?).
I have the messaging program that is standard, plus I use Chomp SMS mainly.
Currently I used a map view and placed some overlay items in them
I overiden the onTap function in ItemizedOverlay so that when user tap on the markers icons on the map, some action will perform.
However, I don't know how to know which marker is being tapped so that the related data of the item will be displayed in the screen. How can I do that?
There's no method available to us to display a callout / bubble above an ItemizedOverlay item when, tapped, right? I don't think there is, just wondering if I'm missing this in the docs before I start my own.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI made a custom widget (which is just a composite like):
<LinearLayout> <TextView> </LinearLayout>
this widget is focusable and reacts to touches. I'd like it to change its background color to the default system highlight color when the user scrolls to it, and have it blink when the user taps it (just like an element of a ListView does).
I can add an OnFocusChangeListener for when the user scrolls to it, and in the handler do the changing of the background color.
How would I add the 'blinking' behavior though when the user just taps it with a finger? I did something like this as a test code...
this is just a guess. Is there a correct way of implementing this behavior?
I know this has been a problem in terms of responsiveness. This Back capacitive button sometimes needs to be tapped more than once for it to respond. I exchanged the phone once but it's still the same.
Anyone hear any solution to this issue? and does anyone NOT have a problem with this back button?
I have a Motorola Moto G 8GB which is running very low on storage (only about 800mb left). This phone does not take Micro SD cards but it comes with 50GB Google Drive storage. However i haven't used this at all. I am wondering whether i could download android apps and games to google drive, dropbox etc. Games like Real Racing take up about 1GB so i cannot download it to my phone. Can i download it to the Cloud? If this is not possible, is there any way that i could save the app data on the cloud. E.g. The Simpsons: Tapped Out is about 37mb to download off the play store, but then you must download the updates etc which are about another 250mb. is there anyway to save this 250mb on the cloud. Or any other games data.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a square grid, for a turn based game ( grid is similar to the chess board ), but the moves in the games are different based on whether you have lapped your opponent pawn at least once or not.i.e if you have not lapped (beaten any of the opponents pawns) in the outer most grid as below.if you have lapped your opponent pawn once at least, then you get to reach home, this way.Any player having all his pawns reaching "home" first wins. The ones in yellow are safe-houses, i.e both the opponent pawn and the player's pawn get to stay in the same grid, this is not considered to be lapping ( the opponent ).The lapped pawn will return to its start point. Now the question is, what is the effective way to store the paths for the all the pawns.we will have 4 pawns for the player and 4 opponent pawns. Is there any pattern to store such static information, in a elegant way?

Why a Froyo factory reset really isn't (plus, a fix for upgrade issues) | Android Central Its in reference to the X but I am going to factory reset tonight and see what happens."If you're one of those folks who is less than pleased with your Droid X after the Froyo update, this one's for you. Android Central Forums member Fabrian was at wit's end, and even talked of ditching his X (blasphemy!) because of the random bugs, general weirdness, and plain old unsatisfactory performance of his unit since the update. His last-ditch effort and ingenuity seems to have paid off. The secret? He has completely disabled the Froyo feature that restores data from previous installs. It's really just a matter of turning off the automatic restore feature before logging back into your Google account. It's a little odd that "Automatic Restore" is still checked by default, even when "Back up my data" isn't, but there you go.The method isn't too painful and does require one more factory reset, but the payoff appears to be a much smoother experience. Makes sense, too restoring data from Eclair to Froyo probably isn't a very good idea even if it is convenient.
We've verified it here, a hard reset in Froyo isn't really a hard reset, as things come back by themselves. Follow Fabrian's instructions, and you will have a pristine Froyo installation on your Droid X (or Nexus One -- Sense on Froyo has no setting for this that we could find). Any troublemaking leftovers will be no more, and won't get downloaded and installed automatically again. If you're being plagued with myriad tiny bugs in your Droid X after the update, give it a try! [Android Central Forums] Thanks Fabrian, nice sleuthing!"
If you do a master reset with the Nexus one will you lose all your apps? even the ones that you purchased?
