I own Moto G and i use Google Experience Launcher, and i noticed that the full white icons on statusbar became not 100% white when you open an app.
Here's what i'm talking about:

Is there any mod/module that i can use to make FULLY WHITE even when open apps?

Currently on the display is the Google icon which takes me to Google Now. Is there a method of adding more icons to the display?
e.g. Swipe up for Google Now
Swipe right for Chrome
Swipe left for Whatsapp
There looks to be plenty of room on the display which got me thinking.
i wish to make all the notification items white. Like Facebook whatsapp screenshot etc. In the picture i hope you can see the distance in the white clock color and the slightly off white Facebook. How do i change these? I was able to change the clocks using xposed modules. I think I'll have to edit some images? I'm not sure where to find them or what to do.
View 1 Replies View RelatedCM10.1 or AOKP theme where the only thing that changes from stock is that the status bar icons, specifically signal, battery and wifi are white instead of Holo blue? Either that or a theme that replaces the status bar with MIUI bar icons but maintains the rest of the UI would be great as well. I tried one called HoloWhite, as well as a couple other minimalistic ones, but with those some of the icon styles changed.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI was messing around with the camera and suddenly it goes to the White Screen with the Motorola logo in the middle. Its just stuck there. I've pulled the battery for at least 30 minutes, tried holding down, up, camera, while turning the phone on, no luck. Every time I power it up its just the same white screen. It's doing nothing. Are there any other manual methods of resetting this thing?

The problem is, whenever I try to uninstall any app I downloaded off the Play Store the phone shuts down and then the start-up screen is displayed after which the phone restarts back to the unlock screen. I did a complete reset to factory settings but the problem still persists. The version of Android is 4.4.2

View 23 Replies View RelatedI tried switching to ART and, after rebooting, I started testing all my apps to see how well they run. When I got to Whatsapp, I was getting repeated crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I couldn't reinstall. When I looked it up on the internet, I found that the problem was not with the app itself, but with ART in 4.4 and that the issue had been addressed in the 4.4.1 update, which isn't available for the Moto X yet. So, I tried switching back to Dalvik, but now I still can't reinstall Whatsapp even in Dalvik runtime.
I get an error box when I try to install from the Play Store. "Unknown error code during application install: -24". I tried downloading the apk from the Whatsapp website and sideloading it, but my phone won't install that either.
very annoyed the sounds are wierdly muffled and not working right after the update, particularly the typing click sound i like.

But now the phone dialpad does not load at all the first time I touch the dialpad icon (it brings up a small white panel layout). Pressing the dialpad again second time loads up the new cool dialpad introduced in 4.4.2 kitkat update.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have KK 4.4.2 on Sprint Samsung S4. Since the recent update I have been getting annoying regular notifications that I have an alarm set for later in the day. After I dismiss them they just come back over and over again. This causes an alarm icon to appear in the notification area in the status bar. No big deal. Useless icons are normal. However, this is in addition to my normal alarm clock icon, next to the network status icon, that shows up telling me that there is an alarm set.
So, evidently there is supposed to be a settings area on the main alarm screen, that allows me to tell it not show an icon next to the network icon in the status bar. Problem is I have no such setting anywhere.
how to either get rid of the icon next to the time, or completely shut off the notification icon?
I have an app which uses 3 different spinners to allow users to choose from some options. Iīve added those spinners to my layout without editing most of itīs properties and this way it works for most of my users. Unfortunately most isnīt all and then some of them started complaining that the list of options is showing text in white with over a white background! Iīd like to know if thereīs a way (or a property) so I can force those spinners to show the options list using text in black.

Because I get to edit files, but I am looking for a long time without finding how to put ALL the icons on the left, and keep only the icons on the right as in the picture.
I had my Moto-X set up so nicely! When someone calls or I get a text, up pops their picture. When I want to call someone I just start to type their name and their pic pops up with the phone number. Then I picked up a Mo-G and with the Moto transfer app I had the Mo-G set up the same way, in a heartbeat.
So now I'm rollin' with a HTC One on T-Mobile and I'd love to have it set up the same way. They have some kinda 'migrate' app, and I tried using that, then there is always bluetooth but alas... I can't for the life of me figure out how to transfer all of my contacts from either one of the Motorola's to the htc One and have all of the info and pics. I've looked for apps, I've tried using a usb cable on this PC but nothing seems to work. I'm sure I could set it all up again manually, but shouldn't I just be able to transfer all of my contacts with a few buttons?? I have the 'People' app on the Motos but I don't see that on the HTC.
I have a new Moto X. My gmail account has two other email accounts forwarded to it (an msn account and another from a website I manage). I receive the messages from those accounts on gmail on my phone, but when I try to reply or forward those emails, I get a failure message.
