Apr 5, 2012I want to add my missed events on my lockscreen (calls, sms, whatsapp and email)
Whatsapp is no problem at all. Solved it with Tasker and Minimalistic Text.
Now I am trying to bring in the variable for the missed call to Minimalistic Text from Tasker.
Unfortunately there is no event I can grab to get there.
Is it eventually locked within ics?

Feb 21, 2013so I am using Nova launcher and minimalistic text widget and I am making a theme where there are big blocks of clickable text. One of the things I would like to do is to open a app folder when i click on one of the text blocks. I was thinking I could just make a transparent widget or something above minimalistic text widget because it does not look like there is a way to do that with the app. Is there a way to resize folders with nova launcher? am I better off just using something like Simi folder and setting a big name for the folder and no icon or something?

On the iPhone, there was an option to select different text notification sounds for different contacts. Bob has sound A, Carol has sound B, etc. I haven't found that option in the S3. Do I need to create Groups and then assign the Group a specific sound for text messages? With over 1200 contacts, I would like to choose one text sound for friends, another for clients, etc.

Feb 25, 2012I know I can change my notification sound, and I know how to do so (ty Zedge) but is there a way to change the notification sound per application. In other words, can my texts have one notification tone, my gmail another, and my k9 even another? I looked it settings all day long and could not find this. Feb 2, 2013How to customize the charging screen of the phone when the power is off. For example, I have a Galaxy Note 2 running Jellybam and every time I turn the power off and plug it to a charger it friezes at the charging screen where there's a turning circle. Therefore, I just want to find away to get rid of the old charging screen and add a new one to try to fix the problem. Where the charging screen files locate in the root and where can I find the custom one to replace it. I've tries Nomoarpower from Chainfire but it seems doesn't work even the system files are installed as after the power is off it always brings me back to the frozen charging screen instead of the new one.
