so recently I bought my new Android phone, Gigabyte Gsmart Aku A1, which is really great, MTK 6598 runs smooth as butter, I've already rooted it, but I can't find on settings how do I change the Lockscreen Shortcuts (Running 4.2.1 JB) and I also can't find anything on Settings on how to change the Notification toggle shade, because I want stuff to be remove and added. I can't find anything on settings. Maybe you can give me SystemUI which as that kind of settings?

I recently found out this: [URL] Unofficial ROM of CM9 for HTC Wildfire S. G1345's hardware is pretty much the same as Wildfire S' one. The same Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU and 512Mb of RAM on both devices. Also, here we have Clockworck ModRecovery for G1345, so now it's possible to flash ROMs without a signature of manufacturer. Question: is it possible to port CM9 to our devices, or simply flash with this one for Wildfire S? I think the only difference would be the lack of dual-sim support. Having trouble rooting my new Gigabyte GSmart Maya M1 - tried 2 times with Bin4ry script, it seems that it runs OK, it reboot my phone, but that's all. Root not done. Can absence of sim card in be the problem?
JB 4.1 OS installed.

I'm having an issue about 4.3 lockscreen. I was using 4.1.2 and it was good. But installed a rom. All good but this. I'm always using pattern lock for security. On 4.1.2, i can use shortcuts + pattern lock. But in 4.3 there's no option for it. When i enable pattern lock, shortcuts disabling. How can i enable both? Gt-N7100

So I have cyanogen on my desire s and I was wondering how I could change the shortcuts in the dropdown menu from the top of the screen. At the moment I have WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth and a sound shortcut. I want to put a short cut to be able to turn my mobile data on and off quickly.

I wish to change the 2 shortcuts at the bottom of Gingerbread default home screen (Phone, Browser) to something else (Messages, Gmail). But I couldn't find a way to change those icons either by press and hold on the shortcut, or by dragging icons from the Apps screen.
What's the best way to change them without using 3rd party launchers?

I have been searching around for a way to automatically change the lockscreen wallpaper. I have Samsung Galaxy S4. It has a lockscreen wallpaper called "travel wallpaper" which does this but has major limitations (can't select the images myself, uses mobile data). I ahve tried other wallpaper changer apps / live wallpapers, but they only change the homescreen wallpaper not the lockscreen.
I do have WidgetLocker and added some widget that did the trick... but I am trying to go back to the stock lockscreen since WidgetLocker hasn't been reliable for me (it only works sometimes, others the stock lockscreen shows up. Also WidgetLocker doesn't have media controls.

I bit the bullet today and got a Fascinate. When I was playing around with the Captivate at the store I noticed the shortcuts when you pull down the notification bar, the ones at the store were silent, vib only, etc.
Now that I'm playing around with the Fascinate I find that its shorcuts are BT, WiFi, etc. Is there a way to change the shortcuts that are displayed when you pull down the notification bar? I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

I'm I missing something, but I cannot seem to find the setting to change the Lockscreen background? The only option I can see is to set the Home screen Wallpaper which also changes the Lockscreen, but I want a different image on the Lockscreen!

If you don't like the lockscreen, there is one other lockscreen that comes standard with the phone. You can change it in the Display settings. It's called Glass Screen. Basically, you just swipe anywhere on the display from left or right and it'll unlock.

I've seen screen shots with Eris's with the droid lock screen and I was wondering how to get that for my phone. Well, that or the Eclair lock screen, preferably the eclair one. And I don't mean lockbot, because I'm using that now and it's kind of buggy for me. Anybody know how to make this happen?

Hello all Ive been lurking on this site for a couple days now and I have a question. How do I change the default screen lock on my Hero. I see the wallpaper on my memory card named htc_wallpaper_01. However when I went to a graphic site I downloaded the picture I wanted to use and then I changed the name to htc_wallpaper_01 yet my default lock screen wallpaper doesnt change.

I am a GALAXY GRAND Duos user running 4.2.2..I have a problem with my gallery . I changed my stock gallery to Note 2's stock gallery and than after completing the process I had a reboot and than suddenly I saw that the gallery was missing from my phone yhan I did recover my old secgallery2_galaxy with the odex file after installation when I opened gallery the gallery didn't open and said UNFORTUNATELY THE GALLERY HAS STOPPED.I tried QUICKPIC too but it didn't change the lockscreen wallpaper. I tried to change wallpaper through settings but it opened the wallpapers the phone had.
