General :: Sony Xperia Arc S - WhatsApp Lockscreen MIUI
Oct 15, 2012I use MIUI v4 on my Sony Xperia Arc S and it is great but now i have a question. Is it possible to show the last WhatsApp messages on the lockscreen like a SMS? I don't want to use the PopUp windows from Whatsapp.
I read about the object ContentProvier and it have to provide the data for other apps. So if the app stores the data in this object other apps can get the information from WhatsApp. Can edit WhatsApp for this feature or do you have to edit the lockscreen app from MIUI too?

General :: Auto Change Lockscreen Wallpaper?
Nov 1, 2013I have been searching around for a way to automatically change the lockscreen wallpaper. I have Samsung Galaxy S4. It has a lockscreen wallpaper called "travel wallpaper" which does this but has major limitations (can't select the images myself, uses mobile data). I ahve tried other wallpaper changer apps / live wallpapers, but they only change the homescreen wallpaper not the lockscreen.
I do have WidgetLocker and added some widget that did the trick... but I am trying to go back to the stock lockscreen since WidgetLocker hasn't been reliable for me (it only works sometimes, others the stock lockscreen shows up. Also WidgetLocker doesn't have media controls.
