I have an ICS Tablet Called Xtouch , I bought it yesterday , today , it would get stuck at the blue android logo , and when I press all Buttons + Volume Up , I get into some Asian Text , when I press all buttons and Volume Down , I see a dead Android with his stomach open with a red triangle!
restore it to factory defaults through recovery mode!

I bought this device (Galaxy S2 plus i9105p) few days ago.Yesterday I tried my recovery for a first time. There is a red triangle with a exclamation mark and fallen android guy. I can move in my recovery, but anything wont work. For example if I try to do factory reset and confirm it, everything dissapears but the fallen android guy and red triangle.
The phone and android itself works very well.
Is that normal?
Should I try warranty?
I have stock firmware, stock recovery, no root etc.

I cannot get into my recovery. Alright so i bricked my AT&T lg optimus g after trying to delete some bloatware after rooting my phone. I unbricked it by using LGNPST and got stock android 4.1.2. My software version is E97020j. The phone works perfectly fine but i cant get into recovery and i want to flash some custom roms. I can root my phone perfectly fine. The only way ive seen that unlocks the bootloader of the optimus g is a program called project freegee. When i try it, it tries to reboot into my recovery and bricks my phone. Then i have to use LGNPST again.
Ive used apps like clockwork mod manager and it says i already have TWRP and Clockworkmod recovery installed but it wont reboot into any of them. It just comes up to a black screen and says "Secure boot error, cause: boot certification verify." Ive tried getting into recovery using adb on my computer and using the old hold power button and up volume button method but nothing has worked. I cant find online how to get my old stock recovery image or how to fix the red triangle and i dont know how to uninstall TWRP and Clockworkmod. The methods for other phones doesnt work on mine.
I tried to root my Nexus 4, and well I'm not too sure if it is rooted but after unlocking the bootloader and wiping the data, I got it to boot back up and then since then when I turn it off and try and go into recovery mode it has a dead android with a red triangle and says "No command." I can use the phone normally but it just wont let me get into recovery mode.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the dead android with the red triangle on the recovery mode, I upgraded to jellybean 4.1.1 but some reason KIES reads my phone as being SGH I 747, so I factory whiped and reset, reinstalled 4.1.1. My original issue was when I wanted to sign into certain apps the phone would vibrate and then the app would crash and I would have to start over or not use the app! I tried to install a correct jellybean 4.1.1 into the phone hoping to fix the issues but I cant do anything, Now there is a dead android with a red triangle no clue what that is! When I tried to install another zip I get verification failed in recovery mode.

If I am rooted and do a backup by booting into Clockwork recovery and do a backup, does that save everything on the internal memory of my phone/tablet?
I have searched all over and I am not clear if it includes stuff I copy (like music, pictures) or it is just the ROM, apps and app data.
It seems like you can only backup to the internal memory. What do you do if the backup gets too big to fit on there?

View 19 Replies View RelatedI don't have a rooted phone. I've been running the IK5 firmware for a while with no problems. I had to travel to the states and put my phone on airplane mode and then decided to shut it off. When I tried to turn it on, it would get to the Samsung "glowing" logo and stay there for awhile. Then the screen would flash and the Samsung logo would appear again. My phone was stuck in a loop after that. It never booted up. I decided to try and reload the firmware and that didn't help. Then I tried recovery mode. That's when I got the infamous triangle with and exclamation point in it. After that nothing. I guess I may have somehow bricked an unrooted phone. Although this isn't my specialty.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI am having so much trouble but now I have gotten to the point where it tells me the upgrade went well and is done, but now when I try and get into recovery it just goes back to the Bootloader screen and won't boot into recovery even with the adb reboot recovery command.I tried to run the unrevoked again and it passed but when it does the last reboot to recovery is sits for a second the phone does nothing and then says done.I would have assumed it would have booted to the recovery console at that point?

View 1 Replies View Relatedi originally rooted my phone using the sprecovery method. i also loaded up chevyno1's 1100lv kernal that same way.i was told to use rom manager to load up a new ROM in order to make it easier on myself to go back to the stock ROM should i choose to.i installed rommanager, and applied the new rom. nothing happened. it didn't load, my phone rebooted normally. i tried manually going into recovery and nothing happens. the big "m" stays on there for a while, blinks and stays on there a bit longer. it will stay there as long as im holding "x" down.can i uninstall rom manager and fix this issue? any other way?

So I'm a new Captivate owner and want to try and root my phone and perhaps try bugless beast. For the life of me I cannot get it to boot into the recovery manager. Every thing I read says hold down the volume up volume down and power keys. I can't quite find the right mojo to get it going. i was trying to make a CWM recovery for the device. i managed to flash the CWM recovery but i was unable to access to,i was getting Secure booting Error,but the phone booted as normally does,well i has a notification to update the software via OTA,so i decide to update it,but before that i downloaded OTA root keeper,in order to keep root,made the SU backup and unrooted the phone,after i tought,well im ok i update the phone then i keep the root,but i forgot that i have flashed th eimage with the CMW recovery,so i got stuck in bootloop,and by the way if i connect the phone via USB and turned off i enter into CMW recovery, strange,but i cant do anything,i cant flash via KDZ i can use ADB but i dont have SU permissions.
