General :: Karbonn ST8 - Flash Video Content Not Playing
Feb 22, 2013I have bought a new Tablet, karbonn ST 8 with Android jelly bean as OS. As I am opening YouTube. com in my browser, the video component is not playing, I can only hear the sound. I have used both the Stock Android browser and preinstalled Google Chrome.
Under setting > application, I can see Flash player 11.1 installed, but still, the problem exists. resolve this issue.

Apr 1, 2013I can start streaming a video perefectly. However, if i pause it to go do something, or to let it pre-buffer, and i play it again, it will play for a little then stop. I look at the seekbar and it says its fully buffered. However, its not and it doesnt play anything and just sits their saying its buffering.
My guessing, well first attempt and finding the culprit, is that the service that is processing the video gets prematurely terminated and restarted thus returning that the buffer is complete.

Mar 7, 2012I have a Samsung Galaxy SII 4G, love this phone. However I have some issues when it comes to flash and streaming video stuff. I can seem to watch youtube videos just fine but trying to go to other sites that have flash or streaming videos, it just doesn't play at all. Also some sites with flash will only show up with a green arrow in the area where there's supposed to be a video. I have downloaded Adobe flash and Flash AIR. Have tried multiple browsers with all having the same problems. I am also having this problem on my Viewsonic G-Tablet.

Jun 5, 2010Don't know if anyone knew this but if you download the LED Desire light from the app store, use the app first to leave the LED lights on and go to your video recorder. You can now record video in the dark and have somewhat clarity with the LED lights on. Granted it would probably be a big energy waster, but atleast you know have a choice.

Jun 5, 2010To do this, simply download "LED Desire Light" in the market, then enable the light after install. Now press the home button and bring up the camera. Set to video and voila! You've got a nice video flashlight for night capturing. Just be sure to go back to the LED Desire Light prog to disable it after use.

Sep 7, 2010Ever since I upgraded to 2.2 with Flash 10.1 I have been unable to jump ahead in flash videos on the web. Whenever I click the scrollbar for the video, it just pauses the playback. Even when I fullscreen it and play it without anything else on the screen, I have the same problem. It seems to treat the entire flash player as one object rather than different objects within the player. Anyone else having issues fast forwarding flash video? It worked no problem with Flash-lite on 2.1.

Now when I click on a flash file, I get a choice to download or play. I click play, and the screen goes black. There is some sort of spinning 'loading' graphic, then I get a popup that says "Cannot play video Unable to connect to server". This happens on any of the major video sites.
