I am trying to generate a tourist application for my final year project, which is a tourist application for the Olympic Games in London. the thing which is very confusing for me is that , I really dont know if I have to generate it in Android as a standalone application or should I generate it in Spring+HTML5 as Mobile Web Application?

I search in google, but i couldn't find useful information. It seems that this is impossible for iPhone. There isn't information for BB and i found one discussion for Android.

I am developing a few mobile apps for different platforms including Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android and Symbian S60.I want my mobile apps to have the capability of checking for updates before starting and in case a new version is available, prompt the user to upgrade. Moreover in certain cases (like security patches), the user must be forced to update or the app won't work.Surely I can cook some code to achieve the task but I was wondering if there are already existing framework to serve the purpose so that I don't have to re-invent the wheel and test all over?

Access to media player APIs without the need to open external apps or do clunky things with files.Adequate access to playback API to create specific notes and beat patterns. As a hobby application, this should not require expensive tooling.I can switch to a new phone to use the application. I'm working on a mobile web application and all phones don't casue any trouble with the soft keyboard and input fields, but Android does (tested on a HTC One).
Here's the problem:I've got a log in page with a log in form. When and input is selected, the soft keyboard appears. The soft keyboard kicks some elements up, which causes the lay out of the page to break. On iOS and Windows Phone, the soft keyboard kicks the whole page, so basically the DOM or body up to make room for the soft keyboard. The Android browser, however, lets the body stay where it is and only kicks some elements up, which causes the lay out to break.

I just found this on my phone. What is it, is it to use my phones. Data allowance on a PC or laptop. Something like a dongle for mobile broadband. Do I just connect USB to phone and com press start and then it uses my 1gb off my phone data?
