View 1 RepliesJust wondering if there is a standard/default overlay/marker that I can use in the MAPVIEW?
I have been searching on the web and all tutorials talk about extending the Overlay and put your custom image on it.
Is there a easier way? I just want to have the a marker, nothing fancy.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI made this for myself. It is not an approved theme. It is put together different then the others I have put out (for 2.2.2).Please check the Change log at the bottom of pics. I just booted it on 2.2.2 and am up and running fine so far.It is still in the testing faze. Do not apply this and then cry to the guys at Fission about problems.Do read the change log before applying. Its the same theme I always like with a little lighter application. It does not have a base in black out any longer. The base was taken from one of the direct 2.2.2 download themes.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHow can I change the system default light blue color? I'd like to make it some sort of green. I'm talking about the light blue in such icons in the attached screen shots as the battery icon, the keyboard words, and the bottom bar when pulling down the notification tray. I assume it's just one setting somewhere because it's all the same blue. I am using Nova Launcher and would prefer not to root but might if necessary. I'm using the latest version of Jelly Bean on a Nexus 4

I just synced with app brain and immediately afterwords received about 7 messages saying my credit card was billed. i was able to stop 3 of them. (by the way this was app that i didn't buy, have on my phone, or ever even heard of for that matter) now verizon is telling me that the only way to change the default account is to do a hard reset, which we all know, but then also said that unless i put the original account back on the phone, i wont be able to get the apps that I DID pay for, without buying them again....THAT is bullshit! the apps should be associated with the phone number, not a freaking email account. does anyone know if there is anyways around this?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI am writing an app that has a consistent code base, but has different resources that make it a new "app". My ant script copies AndroidManifest.xml, res and assets dirs for a particular app prior to kicking off the build. This approach works great if all the apps have the same application package name. However, I want to be able to install more than one app from this common code base, so I must change the application package name. If I change the package names in each AndroidManifest.xml, then R.java gets generated with the new package name. This causes all my references to the resources constants in my common code base to throw an error. It would be great if I could specify the package name I want aapt to use when generating R.java. Does anyone know if this is possible?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI posted this a few days ago but nobody can solve it and I know there must be a way. My problem is that whenever I go to type 'Yo' in a text, it automatically corrects it to 'To'. I'm guessing that I corrected this myself a while ago and now it has it saved. I already tried adding 'Yo' to my user dictionary but the problem persists. Is there really no way to change the default correction of a word?

View 4 Replies View RelatedIs there any way i can make my listactivity (rather listview) highlight the List Item when it is clicked (pressed) upon? (...and remain highlighted) The default behavior, simply highlights the item for a moment, and it gradually fades to black... Currently, the highlighting only happens when we use the DPad... It'd be ideal if atleast one list item is "highlighted" at all times. Worst case scenario, i may have to keep track of the "last clicked item" (by default the first) and change its background or something...but i was hoping there was an easier way...

I've got an .apk manager so i've had a feeble attempt at going through .xml files in the decompiled Settings.apk. "res/xml/ sound_and_ display_ settings. xml" had the most potential but i couldn't see any "enable/disable" options.
