How to find the release date of an app in the android market? I want to know when some apps with a big number of downloads where release to have a look on how long it took them to get there.

Yup, its been released. Its free and you can get it on the the market. Its decent. But I would much rather prefer a port of the iphone version. The biggest letdown was no implementation of chat.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've updated (uploaded a new version) of my app, TimeTracker, twice in the past couple of months, and in both cases, the new upload has not shown up in the "by date" sorted list of the Market app. When I search for the app, I see the correct version in the Market, and I can find it in the correct category by scrolling down; it is just that the updates aren't being correctly sorted.

I can find them in the market, but when I try to use my phone to download, it can not find them. Note: I used Astro to back up most of my apps on the phone, these couldn't be backed up since they were marked private. And they didn't display in my downloads either after the upgrade. Digital Clock Widget: Silent Time: If I use my friends phone (same version prior to my upgrade), no problem finding these apps. Suggestions? I could always downgrade back to the previous version, but I was having some freezing issues that I hope this upgrade fixed...

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a new Droid Eris and have been having a really hard time finding apps that I read about in different places. I often find myself reviewing a very popular, top-rated app, then not being able to find it no matter how I search in the Market. These aren't usually obscure, ancient, one-off apps. I usually am hearing about them in 'top Android apps' articles, etc.
I usually search by the exact name, then alternate spellings. And I recently got the Barcode Scanner and am scanning the QR codes over at AndroLib.com to see if it's any easier. But I haven't gotten ANY of those to come up.
- What gives with the Android Market? Could I have something setup improperly?
I live in Los Angeles, so I doubt it's a location issue.
Some sample apps I couldn't find just tonight:
- Camera ZOOM FX
- Voice Trans
- Voice Text
Is this due to the market bug with the leaked 2.2? If so, is there a work around short of rooting?
