I am a newbie moto droid user?
How can I save music on my moto droid phone? Can / How can I save a song emailed to me? I linked my phone to my computer and I could not find any music folders?
How do I do this so that when I click on my music app, I can see, play and listen to my music.

I downloaded the leaked google music app from ICS, and it works great.
My only caveat is that when I choose to make something available offline, it goes straight to my internal storage (Motorola Atrix).
I have a 32gb microSD card with a dedicated folder for music. Is there a way I can get the offline songs onto there?
I currently use PlayerPro from the market, and I wanted to use the Google cloud for "wirelessly syncing" my music.
I have the Motorola Droid on the Verizon Wireless network. It's doing great however I can't find a decent Email app that I can also use as a widget. So I'm stuck with the default Email app on the phone.
I use it to send pictures to myself. However I can view the attached picture but when I try and save it:
"Sorry! The application Email (processcom.android.email) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
I try and try and the same. I have not tried using the Gmail app though.
Is there some way to import all my email contacts from my PC to save in a folder of some kind in Android? ( LG E 430 4.1) be nice to send emails without having to type in the addy each time!

View 5 Replies View RelatedI got a Samsung Fascinate a week ago after having Blackberry for 8 years. I want to save emails to somewhere (anywhere!) on my phone. I can't figure out how to do this.
If this isn't able to be done, I can't believe it... Please give me some advice. I'm not impressed with email handling on this phone in general, but if I can't save them somewhere, I don't know what I will do...
I can download and view the picture, but when I long press it nothing happens. Any ideas?

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy tags (album names, artists, etc) won't edit or save on my music within my SD card. It shows perfectly fine on my laptop, computer, and iPod. Yet, simple things like merging albums together, renaming artists from "the" to "The" will not show on my Galaxy S5.

When I go into the "Message Composition Options" screen, I can edit the sig as much as I like, but there is no "Save Changes" button or option menu key just gives me the "No, you can't use this" haptic buzz. The Home key takes me back to my home screen.The back key takes me back to the general Account Settings screen - and discards my changes.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Motorola Moto G 8GB which is running very low on storage (only about 800mb left). This phone does not take Micro SD cards but it comes with 50GB Google Drive storage. However i haven't used this at all. I am wondering whether i could download android apps and games to google drive, dropbox etc. Games like Real Racing take up about 1GB so i cannot download it to my phone. Can i download it to the Cloud? If this is not possible, is there any way that i could save the app data on the cloud. E.g. The Simpsons: Tapped Out is about 37mb to download off the play store, but then you must download the updates etc which are about another 250mb. is there anyway to save this 250mb on the cloud. Or any other games data.

I have a large sentence in a textview which has an email id. On clicking on it, it opens my android email app. But The problem is that, I cannot add any subject or message in the mail. Is there any way of doing this using linkify ? Or do I have to use any other way for doing this. I initially used a textview which had just the email id, from which I could add the subject and message, but i will have to keep the email id in a separate line. I want the entire line in the textview where the email id comes in the middle of the sentence.

View 5 Replies View RelatedEverytime my phone connects with my car stereo (Clarion FB275btb) it starts to stream music. It even tries to stream if the music player is closed. After I stop the music and and put the stereo into another mode it works fine. If I later get a call it acts normally, but after I end the call it starts to stream music again! Any ideas on what the problem might be? My stereo worked fine with my behold I and nokia 5310.
View 10 Replies View Relatedwhen I want to stream one particular song I noticed that the Google Play Music app downloads and caches the previous/next few songs for quicker access. How can I prevent this? It uses a lot of data and I usually only want to listen to the one song I chose to stream.
For example if I play a 6 mb song i noticed it uses about 40 mb to stream just that one song. Then I selected a different song to stream and immediately went into settings > download queue and noticed it was loading more songs than the one I requested. I only want to listen to the 1 song I chose, so how can I prevent the other songs from loading? As far as I can see there is no way in the app's settings but there has to be another way to stop this inconvenience.
P.S. I have a T999 galaxy s3 running on stock rooted ICS
I copy all my music files into google music on my sd card! They all went away. The only thing that is left is the band title folder, they are all empty inside. Is there any recovery or did I make a huge mistake? sdcard/andriod/data/com.goole.andriod.music..I still have all my "on device music" from google.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI currently have an iPhone 4S and I am probably going to get a Galaxy Note 2 when it comes out for Verizon. In order to prepare for this, I set up Google Play Music to upload my music so it can be ready for me when I get my new phone (I like it better than Samsung's default music player). Only one problem: protected AAC files (or DRM) can't be transferred to Play Music. I tried converting my music with 2 different DRM converters, but they were free trials, and it only would convert 1:00 of each song and then stop. Is there any free way to convert each protected song completely, along with protected videos? Also, does music on Play Music eat up an Android device's space? I have over 12 GB of music and movies and I don't want to have barely any any space left on a 16 GB device if a 32 or 64 GB ever comes out, minus the SD card.

I have chosen for the music to be "on the device", and it plays when even in Airplane Mode, so I know it is not streaming, but the music files do not show up in my "Music" directory tree, or under any other file trees that I can find. I have used ES File Explorer to do a top down search for some of the missing titles, but it doesn't find them. I'm perplexed. There must be a cache somewhere, but I can't find it.
