Is there an app that will randomly change your home screen and wallpaper to a different one at some pre-determined interval, say every time the phone restarts? There are so many cool looking home screens and wallpapers that I can't make up my mind. It would be nice to select a bunch and then have them randomly selected every restart or specified interval, kind of like shuffle on a CD player.

I'd like to change the wallpaper on this screen without it also changing the wallpaper on the stock launcher. Currently when I try to set the wallpaper on nova, it also changes the wallpaper on the stock launcher (I have a feeling the solution might involve the use of Multipicture Live wallpaper). How this can be done?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently got my incredible and i love it, I have 2 issues with it, first is battery but you know downloading stuff all day long will tank a battery the other. I cannot put a picture on the wallpaper on my phone. If I do, it changes it to the HTC colors. I can however post any live wallpaper just not any pictures. This is become a great irritation and I am uncertain if this is a software or hardware problem.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got my desire yesterday and when as soon as started to use the phone, it would scroll from the home screen to the left or right. It won't stay on one screen sometimes. Other times it doesn't do this at all. When it is doing, I can go into a menu or something and it will scroll through the different icons. I don't know what the problem is, but it's getting on my last nerve.

Seven is really pointless for me, it makes finding the right screen take a little longer and there's just not enough good quality widgets that I need to use. I could do better with 5 and possibly just 3.Second is that when I'm not on a homescreen and I hit the home button, I'd like it to go back to the LAST homescreen I was on, not the center one. And if I'm already on a homescreen, once again pull up the homescreen select menu, instead of going to the center homescreen. It's a waste of a button press to always go to that center screen when pressing the home button.
View 7 Replies View RelatedSo what is going on after the last update? My phone randomly freaks out at times and starts switching screens and stuff on it's own. Seems like it is possessed. Never did this before the update...and a friend of mine is having the same problem with their Incredible. Also at times I try to go back to the home screen and the screen goes completely black for a bit....then will eventually go to it. When it freaks out the only thing I can do is restart it and then it will work fine until the next time it freaks out.

I turned it off, and turned it back on and EVERYTHING (including the default widgets and such) were all gone. The screen was completely empty with just my wallpaper in the background. All 7 of the screens are completely blank. I'm going to redo everything but if I such off my phone will this happen again? Can someone please tell me what went wrong? Thanks!

When i choose the picture to set as my wallpaper, it asks me to crop the picture which is all ok.... But then once the wallpaper is set, it's spread across all 7 pages. Basically, i want the exact same, "full" picture on all 7 screens. Is there a way to set it?

I just want to ask though how other people set up their home screens (I'm seriously lacking imagination) I'd like to know of what widgets & apps are must hav's!Also, I have dedicated my far left screen as a 'car' screen which i've got a music widget on and google navigation icon... View 6 Replies View RelatedI have an HTC Incredible and I noticed what appears to be protected blocks on one of the home screens. The home screen has only a couple of programs on it that take up 1 block. When I tried to move the location of one of the programs, I noticed there is a 1x2 vertical strip that is blank that is just to the top right of center that won't allow me to place anything. There is no reason why I shouldn't since there is plenty of room on the screen. Could there possibly be something hidden there? All i see is the background and touching that region does nothing.

What i really want is a home replacement that mimics the normal launcher on 2.1 but has extra screens. I don't need anything fancy, i just want more screens and perhaps an infinity scroll feature. is there anything like that? even a custom rom maybe? does cyanogen offer more screens?
My home screens are jumping all over the place spontaneously almost like a ghost is moving them! And then the screen locks up and I have to pull the battery. The home screen does exactly what I want, but its implementation seems to be more complex than I thought. What would be your preferred way to achieve this functionality? Is there any Layout or View that I could reuse? More generally, it should work with the 1.5 SDK, so the gesture interface is not available.
