Oct 30, 2010Since I have purchaed the X10 ( The Flag Ship) phone of SE I have yet to see or hear 1 adervertisment on tv or radio.I see and hear about every other android and non android phone on the market but no Sony X10. What im trying to day is if this phone is so great then why dont I hear any thing about it.This is your (The Flag Ship) phone,or is it?.If this were my baby Id yell & shout to the massas as to how great this product is.Sony, I think we would like to know why do you not market your (Flag Ship Phone) like the rest off your competitors.I live in Canada and mabey its not a big deal here but I will tell you that I hear about the other androids so often Im starting to lose faith in my choice of phones. Anyways having purchased 3 SE phones I think that I will give the X10 a fair chance.

Oct 19, 2010Ive had my xperia x10 for about 5mnths now and have since bought a different phone as its easier for work, I want to give my xperia x10 to my wife to use as its a great phone and dont want to just leave in drawer, When i insert her vodaphone sim into my orange locked xperia it wont switch on but as soon as i replace with my orange sim it works and powers up just fine,i know i will have to unlock with code from a website but if it dont turn on to start with then im buggered.Im a little confused.com to say the least, works with mine but wont turn on with hers/

Aug 21, 2010I can't get bluetooth to run on my X10. I don't usually use it but today I wanted to. Everything else I have set to off to save battery life. I only use 3G for Internet use which I cannot do without.
My phone says it is up to date. I am sure there are a quadrillion updates or fixes users of X10 want. I have to say though, this is actually my first and only problem with X10.

Other people on other networks like O2, Virgin, T-Mobile etc are fine its just Vodafone. I just want to know whats wrong and why it matters for 3G to be on seem as its just a text message.

Nov 22, 2010Does anyone know if there is a way to turn on the photo light from the still camera screen with out having to go through the advanced settings. This is a huge pain when you are taking a photo and have to go through several steps to turn on a light that should have been an automatic flash to begin with or at least have a quick toggle button on the same camera screen. This is nuts not to have this at an instant when it is so important to have to take some pictures. Someone please help or tell me if this is fixed in the new 2.1 (I cannot tell since I live in the USA and we are getting the shaft on the new update--everyone else is getting it before us and no one will say when we are getting it)

Nov 1, 2010I got my new AT&T Xperia X10 last week. For the first couple of days, all seemed well. On Saturday, I lost effective wi-fi. In settings is indicates that I am connected to my witeless access point, but when I try to access the internet, I am told that there is no connection. Also, at about the same time, I haven't been able to turn on bluetooth. In settings again, I select turn on bluetooth. Then it goes off for a while, and times-out. This cycle repeats itself continuously as lonk as I hit the OK button.

I try to format it through "configuration > Sd Card > Format SD Card > Erase" however nothing happens.
