Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 :: Speaker Gets ON Automatically While In Call
Oct 29, 2010last three weeks i'm facing this problem with my xperia x10.Whenever i'm in call and someone else calls my number, phone automatically goes in speaker mode suddenly.once the waiting call drops, it becomes normal.I've call waiting activated on my number.tried with all sort of settings within the phone but dont work.

Aug 3, 2010My X10i keeps dropping its WiFi conection. It is in an "excellent" signal strength area. I can now see that is related to my poor mobile network coverage at home. When the mobile network signal drops, then the WiFi turns off and the turns on again, scans and reconnects. When the mobile network connects again (after a minute or two) the WiFi turns off, then on again, scans and reconnects. This cycling is happening every minute or two. Which leads to lots of frustrating network errors. Things improve if I turn off 3G and set network to GSM only.

Nov 1, 2010I have been having problems trying to keep the wi-fi ON for a continuous period of time. Every time i turn on the wifi, and leave the phone idle after using an app, the connection is automatically disconnected. I did change the advanced wifi settings sleep policy to Never, but still shows disconnected. I am sure that i am well in the range of my wireless router and that it is switched on at all times. This is very annoying cause i have to turn ON and OFF the wireless adapter on my phone to regain connection to use other apps.

Jun 24, 2010I bought a new sony ericsson x10 mini the other day and it is a fantastic phone. It is running in the Android system which is really good. The only thing that I can not figure our is that when I open up an application I don't know how to close them so I am left with multiples of Apps open at the same time. This seem to run the battery down really fast, but I can't seem to find any where or anybody that knows how to close the apps when I am finishes.

Aug 20, 2010Hi. I am looking for some advice with regards to how I receive calls on my Xperia X10i. Basically, the story goes as follows...normally when I receive a call I have to do that swipe thing to accept the call, however, at very random times instead of the swipe I get the option of pressing 'Accept Call' or 'Decline Call' which are displayed on the lower part of the screen side-by-side. Now, to be perfectly honest I actually prefer the latter option but do not know why it is so random. To be clear, I have never updated my phone since I got it and I have searched the settings but not been able to locate anything which would explain this.

But the built-in mic doesn't seem to work when I have the headphones still plugged in? So the caller can't hear me talk... Is this a setting I have overlooked? Nov 26, 2010The in call and ringer volume on X10 is way too low, I can hardly hear the other party on a call at a shopping centre or food court. This is very frustrating as making a phone call is the most basic function of a phone but X10 fail in this aspect badly. I am sure a firmware upgrade can increase the volume on X10, its just a matter of whether SE will implement it. Can everyone who had low in-call and ringer volume problem of your X10 report here and hopefully SE will listen to us and give us a fix ASAP. Other than this volume problem, I reckon its a fantastic phone. But SE gotta act NOW!
